| Good relationship between teachers and studentis the premise of all education and teaching. And appropriate care behavior is the basis for building a good teacher-student relationship. However, with the rapid development of science and technology. The constant accumulation of social material wealth.and the change of values brought about by it have led to the alienation of the relationship between teachers and students. And teachers’ care behavior has been deviated. Some teachers have shown that they are indifferent to the students and they don’t care enough;.Others show “serving the students” and being overly caring. This phenomenon is also known as “improper care”.,which seriously hinders the development of normal relationships between teachers and students, the prestige of teachers, and affects the smooth progress of education and teaching. Therefore,it is particularly important for appropriate teachers’(especially class teachers)caring behavior. This study is based on the grounded theory.Through two times changing of theoretical sampling perspectives,we interviewed the head teachers of the three sections of the elementary, junior, and high schools separately. And then coded and sorted out the subjective and objective factors that affected the class teacher to grasp the appropriate degree of care.In the interview data. The researchers also found that the three headteachers adopted a consistent“improvement strategy” for these subjective and objective factors—“resistance turn into promotion”.Their purpose was to use strategies to transform all obstacles into facilitating factors.and appropriate Grasping the care behavior of the head teacher toward the students. But the form has its own characteristics. The researchers referred to the three types of caring behaviors as "euphemism," "compliance," and "safety".And we found the existence of "three elements of teacher caring behavior," namely,"Responsibility, support, inclusiveness" in these three types of caring behaviors. In the end,the researcher combined the coding theory of group focus interviews and integrated the care behavior model of each school segment into the model of "Responsibility Factors that Affect Classroom Director’s Concern Degree" for follow-up personnel. This study hopes to provide a feasible example for primary and secondary school headteachers to grasp appropriate care behaviors, play a positive role in promoting the work of class teachers, improve the alienation relationship between teachers and students, and ultimately promote education in primary and secondary schools. |
