There is a special group of people around them.They have only one child in their entire life.Diseases or accidents cause their only son to suffer a premature death.The premature death of the only child and the sending of black hair by the white-haired person are the true portrayal of the group of people who have lost their independence.The child's death is almost equal to the end of the family's happiness for those parents who have already entered the middle-aged and infertile and are unable to adopt children.For the one-child family,the child is the hope of the whole family in the future,is the spiritual sustenance of the parents,and the link between the child and the parents is a strong connection.Once this kind of child's relationship with parents is severed,the spirit of these elderly people will be greatly hurt and they will be unable to extricate themselves fro the pain.Social work is a professional method of assisting disadvantaged groups to help them out of their predicaments.For the families of the disadvantaged,the participation of social workers is of great significance for them to get out of the hardships of life,get rid of the pain,and re-live.What kind of mental changes the lacking family has experienced after the children have passed away is a mentality.This is the first question the social worker needs to answer before he steps in.Only by fully recognizing the family who have lost their independence and understanding their physical and mental conditions can they provide professional and individualized services to parents in a better family.In summary,the author will use a semi-structured interview to deeply understand the overall situation of the family of lonely families.The process of the mind in this article will be divided into three stages,and their psychological development will be sorted out from the psychological reaction and social support.On the basis of the spiritual path and social support status of the lonely family,the author will provide social support and demand for social work services,and reflect on and explore new paths for social work involvement.Combining the mentality of the family and the involvement of social work,the author explored the methods of social work intervention from the perspective of direct work in social work,and put forward the “precision service” approach for case work,the “mutual help self-help”approach for group work,and the “community support” for community work."the way.In addition,this article also explores policies,community outreach,and survey and evaluation from indirect services,and proposes: First,in policy advocacy,the establishment of a five-cascade system for hospitals-wealth planning committee-streets-communities-social workers institutions.Special funds for the social work service for the family with no family,special forces,and multi-powers to jointly explore the retirement model for the family to protect the elderly in the family.Second,in the community propaganda,the community's positive propaganda and relevant policy propaganda for the family who lacks independence create a good community environment.Third,establish a social organization access mechanism and a social organization assessment mechanism in the survey and evaluation,and make good use of market access and service implementation.
