Study On Psychological Problems Of The Elderly Who Loss Their Singleton Female By Social Work Intervention

Since the reform and opening up, China’s strict family planning policy, indirectly led to the loss of a substantial increase in the number of elderly people alone, and because of the social market economy caused by the structural adjustment and increased loss of independence for the elderly psychological problems, prompting the loss of independence for the elderly increasingly psychological problems highlighted. Loss of independence for the elderly is a stage of psychological problems of social phenomena, most prevalent in the eastern region. Since the 1990s, China’s economy has maintained rapid and steady growth momentum, while the loss of independence for the elderly will be increasingly serious psychological problems. The current loss of independence for the elderly psychological problems have become one of the important risk factors for the development of a harmonious society. And because the problem is loss of independence for the elderly social phenomenon unique to China, so its in-depth study will explore the entire solution to this problem is of great practical significance, but only fundamentally solve psychological problems from loss of independence for the elderly and institutional policies, in order to further safeguard social stability and promoting social development.Taking Yangquan City X community a household, for example, first of all, from the perspective of social work theory, this paper analyzes the current major psychological barrier of loss of independence for the elderly, problems, and why. Next, specific examples of cases clients were analyzed, and gives clients real solutions, the use of social work methods to help analyze the characteristics of older women lose independence, while men can not ignore the plight faced by the loss alone, in a timely manner to and help. Again, the only loss for how to intervene elderly mental through social work intervention to give reasonable suggestions.In this paper, a review of a large number of relevant literature, as well as their intervention in the author’s experience of the service object, work out on loss of independence for the elderly psychological problems intervention service programs, and on this basis, put forward their own suggestions on Social Work Intervention loss alone elderly families, and it is discussed and described.
