Research On Ideological And Political Education Innovation Based On Core Accomplishment

In the late 19^th century and the early 21^st century,China started to advocate quality education.In 2014,Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Fulfilling the Fundamental Task of Strengthening Morality Education proposed by the Ministry of Education pointed out that core attainment system and academic quality standard for students'development had to be formulated.Make clear“what kind of person we want to cultivate and how we are going to cultivate”,study core attainment system for students'development in different studying phases and specify necessary qualities and key skills when students enter the society.Key competence was derived from the west,but it is consistent with socialist core values being advocated.Socialist core values advocate freedom and quality,and the ultimate goal of cultivating students'key competence is to enable every student to get freedom and achieve comprehensive development.In the report at the 19th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward explicitly that we should fully implement the Party's education policy,foster virtue through education,enhance our students'well-rounded development,promote fairness in education,and nurture a new generation of capable young people who have a good and all-round moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetical grounding and are well-prepared to join the socialist cause.Under the international and domestic background,the development of education pattern of ideological education based on key competence is the main research content of this paper.The global consciousness is one of the most important key competencies.Especially,people who has global awareness is a key factor to adapt the social development in nowadays content of globalization.To develop the global consciousness is mostly through the ideological and political courses in school.In order to culture students'global consciousness,we should combine the content and features of ideological and political courses to establish the core quality of discipline.From these measures to foster students'global consciousness and make them adapt to the development of globalization.We grasp the state of ideological and political education and global consciousness through looking up lots of literatures and questionnaire surveys and using analysis software for example SPSS.The analysis shows that nowadays our colleges have got some achievements of ideological and political education.However,there are still many deficiencies,such as most of students lack a deep understanding of global awareness.From the research,the majority of students hope the school could offer courses about global awareness so that everyone will abtain global consciousness and adjust themselves to social development better.The innovation of this paper lies in the improvement of traditional ideological and political education mode.For students not only grasp the study of knowledge theory,but also the mastey and learning of the core qualities of knowledge,emotion,attitude and values.
