The effectiveness of the Ideological and political education is a concern of theIdeological and political education theory researchers and practice workers. TheIdeological and political education researchers’ theories are fundamentally used to guidepractice, to achieve the goals of Ideological and political education and to improve theeffect of the Ideological and political education. For current effect of Ideological andpolitical education is weak, how to improve the effect of Ideological and politicaleducation has become an important problem. The main reason that the problems existon the effectiveness of Ideological and political education lies in the researchperspective of limitations. We should research the Ideological and political educationand the effectiveness of Ideological and political education from the perspective of"education consciousness".The scholars’ concept of "education consciousness" was inspired from Mr. FeiXiao tong’s concept of "culture consciousness". The core of "culture consciousness" ishow to know oneself, reflect one’s own culture, and learn from each other with foreigncultures and promote world peace."Education consciousness" is also a process ofknowing oneself, cognizing constantly and reflecting constantly, and a process ofpracticing conscience and courage."Education consciousness" is the state and course ofeducation and teaching activities that the educational subjects with conscience andcourage perform the law of education and promote the free development of the man inthe foundation of deeply understanding of education and teaching activities. From theperspective of "education consciousness" studying the contemporary Ideological andpolitical education activities requires the subjects of Ideological and political educationto achieve the "Ideological and political education consciousness"."Ideological andpolitical education consciousness" is the state and course that the subjects of Ideological and political education practice faithfully according to a deep understanding orscientific cognition of the law of Ideological and political educational activity.Errors in the practice and theory of Ideological and political education decide theinevitability of the research on Ideological and political education from the perspectiveof "education consciousness". Globalization is not only a challenge for China but alsoan opportunity and China will embrace globalization in a wider range and deeper degree.But in the field of Ideological and political education, many people believe thatglobalization is the main threat to Marx’s belief and to the authorities of the Ideologicaland political educational subjects, have different degrees of fear of Western culture; Forthe theory of the subject of Ideological and political education are not clear, there wouldbe serious unconsciousness in the Ideological and political education theory andpractice and it is necessary to clarify the theory of the subject of Ideological andpolitical education; socialist awareness and theory of indoctrination is essentiallyIdeological and political education, without indoctrination, no Ideological and politicaleducation, and the wrong of negation of indoctrination, both in theory and in practice,led the Ideological and political education directly to be invalid. Open, fair, justice is thefundamental to win the faith and trust and any contempt for open, fair, justice will causethe loss of credibility. Existence of corruption within the party and the schoolmanagement problems are undermining the credibility of the party and the government,which cause the actual effectiveness of Ideological and political education is not just asones’ wishes. If these problems are not resolved, the subject will appear unconfidentsituation and the object will be unhappy in the ongoing practice of Ideological andpolitical education, and the effect of Ideological and political education will constantlynot change.The routes of Ideological and political education from the perspective of"education consciousness" are the core problem in the papers. The fundamentalprinciple of Ideological and political education from the perspective of "educationconsciousness" is to adhere to the leadership of the party, eradication of corruption,reshaping the credibility of the party and the government, and at the same time, we mustadhere to the people-oriented core value in the process of Ideological and political education, correctly handling the contradictions among the people; the fundamentalways of Ideological and political education from the perspective of "educationconsciousness" are the governments’ administration consciousness, the schools’management consciousness and the teachers’ education consciousness; The basicmethods of Ideological and political education from the perspective of "educationconsciousness" are the method of model demonstration to match word to deed and themethod to implement the unit democracy. At the same time, Ideological and politicaleducation from the perspective of "education consciousness" also need to learn from thesuccessful experience of foreign countries, especially western developed countries suchas America, the UK, and Asian countries with similar cultural background of China,such as South Korea, Singapore.Achievement of the goal and the extent of Ideological and political educationdepend on consciousness and conscious level of the subject of Ideological and politicaleducation. Carrying out ideological and political education activity cannot necessarilyachieve the goal of Ideological and political education, for unconscious Ideological andpolitical education activity cannot achieve the goal of Ideological and politicaleducation, and will cause problems. Ideological and political education from theperspective of "education consciousness" can promote social harmony and progress,push forward people’s all-round development and growth human’s free individualitythrough the development of people’s needs, the enriching people’s social relations andimproving people’s personality. Ideological and political education from the perspectiveof "education consciousness" can contribute to realize the era of creativity and enhancethe people’s innovation quality.
