Study On Influential Factors Of Sports Performance Of High Level Shot Putter In Universities Of Shandong Province

China’s colleges and universities began to form high-level sports teams in 1987.So far,has been in the past thirty years.High level sports teams in Colleges and universities are developing high level sports talents and participating in major international and domestic sports events.It has far-reaching significance for the National Olympic lighting plan and the important strategic deployment of the sustainable development of competitive sports.It also promotes the development,exchange and development of ordinary colleges and universities.Sports competition has played a key role in.This paper analyzes the reasons for the sports performance of the high level shot put events in Colleges and universities in Shandong based on their own shot put experience and the low level of athletic performance.This paper investigates and visits the teachers,coaches,athletes and some colleges and universities in Shandong Sports Institute and Shandong sports training center by means of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,Delphi,mathematical statistics and other research methods.On the basis of comprehensive literature and scientific theory,combined with the athletic performance of high level shot put players in Shandong Province,a model of the influence factors of high level Shot Players in Shandong colleges and universities is constructed,and the factors affecting the performance of high level shot put in Shandong colleges and universities are analyzed and integrated.The theory provides a theoretical reference for future shot put training.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn.1.Through Delphy Fa and expert interview,the influence factors of the high level Shot Players in Shandong colleges and universities are analyzed.The first grade index of the high level Shot Players in Shandong province is the athlete factor,the coach factor,the school factor and the social factor,including 20 two grade points.Mark.2,by using the priority chart to calculate the weights of each level,the average weight of the two level index can be weighted by the average value assigned by the experts to the two level index.Through the multiplication of the weight of the two level index,the importance of the two grade index is obtained.It is found that the main factors affecting the performance of the high level Shot Players in Shandong province are the physical quality,the teaching level,the teaching ability,the technical ability,the ability to exercise,the mental ability,the professional accomplishment,the competition system and the profession.Planning and economic development.3.Through the actual analysis,the main factors affecting the athletic performance of high level Shot Players in Shandong colleges and universities are the lack of high level athletes at school and the single source of the athletes.The professional quality of the high level shot coaches in Shandong colleges and universities should be improved;the physical quality of the athletes and the athletes’ physical quality are the main factors.There is a big gap between technical ability and excellent athletes,so it is urgent to innovate in training methods and training methods.The following suggestions are made in view of the conclusions:1,increase the financial allocation of sports teams in Colleges and universities,and increase certain subsidies and logistical support according to the actual situation of shot putter.2,encourage high-level athletes to participate in the competition,strengthen the psychological quality and sports intelligence of high level shot putter in Colleges and universities.3,give full play to the ability of scientific research departments in Colleges and universities,and enhance the professional training of high level shot put athletes in Colleges and universities.4,increase the opportunity of Shandong province colleges and universities shot put coaches to learn and exchange,improve the teaching level and ability of shot put coaches in Colleges and universities.5."go out,please come in",actively broaden the recruitment channels of high level athletes in Colleges and universities in Shandong Province,formulate a scientific and reasonable enrollment system,properly adjust the enrollment policy,and try to recruit high quality students.
