University Of Shandong Province Level Shot Throwers Factor Analysis

It has been over 20 years since universities and colleges in China began to establish high-level sports teams and the practice has proved that this establishment has broken a new path for the sports level development of universities and played a key role in the sports development and sports contest in universities. However, a falling trend has been taken on in sports contest level in universities, especially in shot items . The sports contest in universities of Shandong has been nationally ranking high but it can be clearly reflected from the last few years'performance that the whole Shandong's sports contest has also lagged especially in throwing events.The shot items in universities of Shandong lags behind compared to other provinces at present and multi-measures are necessary for there are various numerous. The performace has actually a straightforward influence on the success and existence of testing high-level sports teams in universities of Shandong provence. It can be seen from some universities of outstanding sports level that higher level of management leads to their outstanding performance.The paper aims to analyze the reason why the shot item of the great importance in throwing events, in universities of Shandong lags behind, find out some relevant confinement factors and put forward some theoretical basis for its rapid development which will then instruct the practice to improve the contest level and the performance of shot item of Shandong. Now that there are multi-factors that make the throwing events and for the purpose that the throwing events of Shandong can soon catch up with other provences and even rank high, the author macroscopically investigates and tries to find out the influential factors on throwing events of shandong and furthermore, brings up some reasonable suggestions and strategies, which may have scentifically instructive significance to improvement of performance and athletes of throwing events of universities and colleges in our country.The paper not only procures lots of construcitve suggestions from coaches and athletes of throwing events by means of survey forms and experts interviews but also contains data collection and logic induciton based on massive material at home and abroad. In the end, the paper advances the factors that confines the performance improvement of high-level shot items of shandong. Besides, the paper necessarily draws the survey form of athletes and coaches. 56 survey forms is handed out in 22th Track-and-field Sports Meeting of Shandong Provence. (The survey targets covers all coaches and athletes in throwing events from both Party A and Party B in the meeting.) 52 forms are finally taken back, that is to say, recovery rate is 92.8%, and there are 50 effective forms so effective rate is 96.1%. The author successively adopts means of literature material, experts interview, survey forms, data collection and logic induction and the like and makes a comprehensive analysis on athletes selection, skill training, match environment, nutrition recovery and age structure, working years, academic certificate of the coach and the like. Finally, the relevant influential factors on athletes'performance improvement of throwing events of universities and colleges in Shandong are concludes and suggestions and strategies are put forward to contribute to the construction and development of throwing teams of universities and colleges in China.
