The Research On Human Capital Promotion Mechanism Of Guangxi Against The Background Of Industrial Restructuring

In the process of development of human history,the pursuit of the overall prosperity and stability is the common goal of all countries or regions,and to evaluate the prosperity of a country or region,economic growth is one of the most important indicators.Today,in the context of technological iteration,increasing knowledge economy and aging population,more and more scholars add the human capital factor to the economic growth mode,which makes the research on economic growth become more thorough and reasonable.From 2007 to 2015,the growth rate of labor productivity in China has a marked downward trend,and so far there has been no sign of improvement.This is closely related to the unfavourable position of the international division of labor which caused by the present situation of China's industrial structure.Therefore,it is urgent for China to carry out the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure.While the country's industrial structure adjustment and economic growth will eventually need to rely on the implementation of specific areas,with the strategy of The Belt and Road" in implementation,China cooperation with ASEAN in the free trade area is also getting better,the strategic position of Guangxi in the process of opening up more prominent.Therefore,through the empirical analysis to research how human capital related factors to promote economic growth,and for the Guangxi region of human capital to enhance the mechanism proposed not only has considerable theoretical value,and there are very practical significance.This paper begins with an explanation of the background and significance of the study,also introduces the purpose and ideas of the study,and illustrates the methods and content frameworks used in the study.Then,it introduces and summarizes the research results and current situation at home and abroad from:human capital the impact of human capital and economic growth,the relationship between human capital and industrial structure.Then,combining with the actual data,the paper studies the industrial structure of Guangxi and finds out the problems existing in the industrial structure of Guangxi.After that,the data of human capital in Guangxi and other regions are compared,and looks for the areas where human capital can be promoted in Guangxi.Finally,this paper combines the current situation of Guangxi and the background of industrial structure adjustment,this paper puts forward some suggestions about promoting human capital from three aspects of education,science and technology and health care.
