A Study Dy On The Influence Of China's Human Capital On Economic Growth

After the emergence of the theory of human capital,the research of scholars has proved its benefit to economic development.now,China's economic development is in the adjustment stage,the economic growth rate has declined,and there is an urgent need to change the mode of economic growth.from the original factor-driven to innovation-driven,and people as the main body of innovation activities,the improvement of the quality of human capital is the key to enhance the ability of innovation,therefore,in the process of economic development,Attention should be paid to improving the level of human capital.Moreover,China has a large population and is rich in human resources,so it is of great significance to study the economic effects of China's human capital and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which is of great significance to accumulate human capital and promote the economic development of our country.On the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper qualitatively analyzes their respective mechanisms of action on economic growth and the applicability of the theory in China from the point of view of education,health and scientific research human capital.It is concluded that the general ways of education,health and scientific research human capital acting on economic growth are in line with China's national conditions.Taking quantitative analysis as the research approach,the VAR model is constructed by selecting the five variables of China's economic growth level,material capital,education,health and scientific research human capital.The data from 1980 to 2018 are collected and sorted out,and the data are studied by stationarity test,cointegration test,impulse response and variance decomposition to quantify the impact of education,health and scientific research human capital on China's economic growth.The results show that material capital is still an important driving factor of China's economic growth,but the role of human capital is becoming more and more prominent,and its output elasticity to economic growth has exceeded that of material capital.Based on the conclusions of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and combined with the current situation of the development of human capital in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving human capital in education,health and scientific research.One of them is to increase investment in education and expand investment channels,vigorously develop vocational education,and optimize the allocation of human capital to improve human capital in education.The second is to deepen the reform of the health system,increase government health expenditure and broaden investment channels,introduce and train excellent medical and health personnel,enhance the awareness of health investment and develop the health industry in order to accumulate health human capital.The third is to increase scientific research expenditure and optimize the expenditure structure,strengthen the training and introduction of scientific and technological talents,improve the incentive mechanism for enterprise innovation,and improve the conversion rate of scientific research achievements to enhance the stock of scientific research human capital.
