"Kindness" is one of the important content of the socialist core values,which belongs to the basic moral norms of citizen level in interpersonal communication."Kindness" ethics advocated since ancient times,is the face of the socialist core values from the basic concept of individual layer concise.In the rapid development in today's world,the diversification of the ideology,more and more open and inclusive,which is a special group of college students during the formation will be affected and there are changes in views.These changes make students in friendly consciousness and so there will be some problems in learning,life,social interaction,etc.This article' analysis is from the family,society,organization and the students themselves' friendly situation.From the following parts to seek measures to cultivate friendly students,effectively promote the practice of college students' friendly.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part is the theoretical basis of college students' moral kindness.The first is to define the concept of college students friendly character,through the basic overview of the good and kindness,friendly character and friendly moral connotation of the college students,as a foundation for the study of the theory of college students moral kindness.The second is to proceed from the domestic scholars on the friendly moral theory,foreign scholars moral theory,Marx's friendly moral theory,combing the theoretical origin of college students friendly character.The second part is the basic factors of college students' moral kindness.Through elaborating the origin,characteristics and composition of college students friendly character.The third part is the analysis of the moral status of university students in China friendly.The Chinese college students' friendly performance and friendly lack of performance,and the students lack of friendly analysis of the phenomenon,so as to cultivate friendly qualities of College students.In the fourth part,based on college students' moral lack of friendly analysis,from personal accomplishment and family education,the combination of school education and school management,the combination of civic education and governance according to law combining these three aspects put forward countermeasures to cultivate college students' friendly character.
