The curriculum is the basis for the school to carry out education and teaching activities,and it is the basic guarantee for realizing the goal of school education and teaching and the goal of personnel training.With the reform of the curriculum,the subjective position of students have become increasingly prominent,and the curriculum authority of students has begun to get the attention of the public.However,it was only concerned but it hasn't attracted enough attention.The lack of curriculum authority of students will not only affect the development of the curriculum,but also the student's own comprehensive development.Therefore,it is imperative to empower students appropriately.Curriculum power refers to the abilities of the relevant groups of curriculum powers to manipulate and change the curriculum for a certain course goal within the scope permitted by the national education laws and national curriculum policies.The student's curriculum power refers to the abilities of students to control over the course's research,development,and implementation.The existing educational laws and regulations as well as the curriculum policies are the basis for the operation and exercise of curriculum rights and curriculum power.Curriculum power are mandatory in the course of their operation,and curriculum rights are optional to some degree.The former provides the support for the realization of the latter,and the latter provides legal support and protection for the former.In the operation of curriculum authority,students should have appropriate curriculum powers in such areas as course selection,curriculum decision,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.It is not only the demand of curriculum management that the students have some course rights,but also the requirements of the students' own comprehensive development.The tertiary curriculum management means the decentralization of power,as an individual,students have the rights toparticipate in the management of the curriculum.Only when the curriculum rights of students are respected,the significance of the curriculum will be fully highlighted and the students' comprehensive development can be realized.In the course of current curriculum power operation,the operation and implementation of the curriculum authority of students in our country is not ideal.Due to the influence of traditional education,students place themselves in a obedient position and they do not realize that they have certain curriculum rights,even if some students realize that but they have no courage to resist.In addition,the real power of the student's curriculum lives in the school's rules,regulations and slogans,and the student's curriculum power is false.For the reasons,we can find that the neglect of students' subjective identities by others stem from the constrain of the education bureaucracy,the inability of the current curriculum policy,the imperfect supervision mechanism of the curriculum power,the weak awareness of the students' curriculum power and the limitations of their own position and Capability.Given the predicament of the student's curriculum authority,we need to provide the necessary conditions for the student's curriculum power to carry on.From institutional guarantees,school social and parents' supportive forces,and external conditions to the students' own awareness of the power of the curriculum and practical activities,they must be actively involved.Only in this way can ensure the legal and reasonable operation of students' curriculum authority.
