Objective This study compares the intensity of exercise,energy consumption,and substrate metabolism of common sports(quick walking)and traditional ethnic sports(Miao Drum),and explores how national traditional sports programs can improve students'cardiopulmonary endurance.The role of sports education for the national characteristics of the introduction of classroom teaching,popularizing national traditional sports,enriching campus cultural life,and promoting the healthy development of college students to provide a good reference.Methods 15 female college students from Jishou University were selected randomly.Indirect calorimetry with a Cosmed K4b~2(Italy)portable tester was used to test female college students for a5 min seedling drum and 5 min quick walk(5 km/h,6 km/h)at different rates.The relative indexes of oxygen uptake,heart rate,metabolic equivalent,energy consumption,and substrate metabolism were compared in sex exercises.The differences in the effects of seedling drumming and quick walking exercise on fitness groups and college students were analyzed.Results(1)During exercise,there were significant differences in oxygen uptake(VO2),heart rate(HR),metabolic equivalents(METs),respiratory rate(Rf)and5 min quick walk(5km/h)exercise during 5min.(P<0.05),the oxygen uptake,heart rate,metabolic equivalent weight,and brisk walking(6km/h)were significantly different(P<0.05)between fast-step walking(5km/h),seedling drum movement and brisk walking(There was no significant difference in oxygen uptake,heart rate,metabolic equivalence,and respiratory rate between 6 km/h(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in oxygen pulse(VO2/HR)between seedling drum exercise,rapid walking(5km/h)and rapid walking(6km/h)(P>0.05).(2)In the case of consistent exercise time,the total energy expenditure during exercise is related to exercise intensity.From the statistics of energy consumption,it can be seen that:Rapidly walking(5km/h)<male drum<bridging(6km/h).(3)From the time change point of view,the oxygen uptake,heart rate,metabolic equivalence,oxygen pulse,respiratory frequency,and energy consumption of the seedling drum movements are more obvious in the 1-2min trend,after which the magnitude of change decreases,tends to stable state.The changes in brisk walking(5km/h)and brisk walking(6km/h)at 1-5min are relatively small and basically stable.(4)The percentage of fat supply during the exercise of seedling drums and brisk walking was lower than the proportion of fat supply during quiet hours.The proportion of carbohydrates in energy supply during exercise was higher than the proportion of carbohydrates during quiet hours.The proportion of fat supply in the seedling drums was higher than that of fast walking(5km/h)and rapid walking(6km/h).Conclusions(1)In the case of the same time,the average values of oxygen uptake,respiratory rate,heart rate,metabolic equivalent,and energy consumption of the seedlings after 2 minutes were higher than those of the rapid walk(5km/h),but There is no difference between walks(6km/h).Therefore,with respect to rapid walking(5km/h),the efficiency of energy metabolism of seedling drum and rapid walking(6km/h)can be high,and it can consume more energy in a shorter period of time,which is more stimulating to the body.(2)The oxygen uptake,heart rate,metabolic equivalence,oxygen pulse,respiratory rate,and energy consumption of seedlings and drums increased dramatically at 1-2 minutes,changed over time as time went by,and the changes after 2 minutes were basically stable.status.The pace of changes at 1-5 min between brisk walking(5km/h)and brisk walking(6km/h)is relatively small and is in a stable state.(3)In the process of seedling-drum,the proportion of fat supply was the largest;in the fast-moving(6km/h)exercise,the proportion of fat supply was the smallest and the proportion of carbohydrate supply was the opposite.
