purposes:The current decline in the physical fitness of college students has aroused widespread concern among people from all walks of life.While promoting physical exercise,providing scientific and reasonable fitness guidance should be the main concern of scholars.In view of the universality of running and the high correlation between energy consumption and health,it is necessary to theoretically and practically discuss the energy consumption of college students in the direction of energy consumption from the perspective of energy consumption quantification,and guide their health in a scientific way.Thus,this paper tests the morphological function indicators of the research object.And uses the MAX-? cardiopulmonary function tester to monitor the heart rate,respiratory rate,oxygen uptake and other related indicators in real time.Explores the characteristics of energy consumption and related indicators in same/different sports modes.And the changing characteristics of related indicators provide a scientific theoretical basis for college students' fitness.methods:In this paper,I use the literature method,questionnaires,experimental methods and mathematical statistics methods to study the general college students of Shaanxi Normal University as a sample.Through the health and physical activity questionnaire and health check,select 20 ordinary college students as experimental subjects,test their height,weight,BMI,body fat percentage,basal metabolism and other physical function indicators.The MAX-II cardiopulmonary function meter is used to measure the metabolic index of heart rate,respiratory rate,oxygen uptake,carbon dioxide and other gases during exercise,and the corresponding energy consumption and sugar and fat oxidation amount are calculated according to the oxygen uptake and carbon dioxide amount.Then,it can help analyze the changes in energy consumption and related indicators at various speed levels.results:(1)In the same exercise mode,the heart rate and respiratory exchange rate of girls are higher than that of boys,but the oxygen uptake and energy consumption of girls are lower than that of boys.The overall performance is that the higher the speed,the higher the value.The amount of sugar oxidation is increasing during the whole exercise,and the time for girls to use sugar is earlier than that for boys,while the rate of fat oxidation shows a slow decline.(2)In different modes of exercise,both male and female,the heart rate,respiratory exchange rate,oxygen uptake,energy consumption and other values are higher than walking.The greater the speed,the more obvious the difference between the two.(3)Immediately after exercise,the heart rate and RPE value are higher for girls than for boys,and girls' ability to resist fatigue is poor.(4)Among the morphological function indicators,the correlation between body weight and energy expenditure was the highest,and the percentage of body fat was negatively correlated with energy consumption.Among the gas metabolism indicators,the correlation between oxygen uptake and energy consumption was higher.Conclusion:(1)There are certain differences in the physical functions of ordinary college students.The mental and lung function of girls is poor,and the boys are better,mainly due to various factors such as exercise habits and development.Based on this,the girl can exercise at a speed of 4.8km/h-6.4km/h during the exercise,the time is not less than 30min,and the speed is accelerated according to the function during the exercise;the boys can use 6.4km/h-8km/The speed of h is exercised for at least 40 minutes.For college students,it is most appropriate to adhere to long-term moderate-intensity exercise and short-term multi-frequency exercise.(2)In terms of energy consumption and substrate metabolism,girls consume a large proportion of sugar and use it for a long time,but the fat utilization rate is low.Therefore,girls should pay attention to carbohydrates during exercise(fruit,vegetables,all)The supplement of cereals,desserts,and sweets can also increase the ability to use fat and improve body function and metabolism through moderate exercise and supplementing a moderate amount of high-sugar diet.(3)The walking and running movements have obvious differences in functional indicators and energy consumption between the two sports modes due to their movement mechanism,individual mass changes in the exercise and muscle utilization.It is recommended to use running mode in weight loss and weight control.For exercise,it is recommended to use the exercise mode for those with poor exercise.If you increase the level of endurance,you can choose a running mode with a lower speed and a longer time.If you exercise your heart and lung function,you can adjust the slope of the running platform to between 0%and 10%.
