Risk Prevention And Control Research In Baoji City Children’s Swimming Training Class

Children’s swimming training industry is of great significance to the development of local swimming industry.With the increasing attention of people to children’s physical exercise and the return of parents to physical training and guidance under the influence of the two-reduction policy,children’s swimming industry has ushered in a huge development opportunity.However,swimming is a sport with certain risks,especially for children,there are certain safety risks in the process of teaching.Therefore,reducing the risk of teaching in the process of children swimming training is also the focus of academic circles and front-line staff.Based on risk management process theory and ecosystem theory,this paper uses literature analysis and questionnaire to study the risk prevention and control of children’s swimming training class in Baoji City.This study finds that at present,there are big problems in the risk prevention and control of swimming teaching in the children’s swimming training class in Baoji city,and there are loopholes in the risk identification,emergency plan and emergency preparation.details are as follows:First,among the ten children’s swimming training institutions in Baoji city who participated in the survey,the coaches’ risk identification ability and handling ability outside the classroom are relatively weak,and the training times are relatively small.Second,the parents who participated in the survey had a relatively poor risk awareness,especially the lack of understanding of the pre-class safety rules.Third,in the case of venue equipment and facilities,the rescue facilities are insufficient,and the lifeguards management and teaching supervision and management are relatively lacking.This paper optimizes the risk prevention and control of swimming teaching in children’s swimming training class from four aspects: risk avoidance,prevention preparation,emergency response and post-treatment.This study considers the risk identification,risk assessment and risk management,the swimming safety prevention and control mechanism and early warning mechanism;in the emergency response stage,the role of teaching risk emergency team,strengthen the communication between departments,improve the coordination system,and strengthen the training in the post treatment stage.
