In recent years,under the influence of national policy support and its own efforts,Xinjiang region economy get fast development,employment levels are also gradually increase at the same time,in 2016 Xinjiang region economy maintained good momentum of growth and employment.But the unique regional,national characteristics,religious complex factors,such as between economic growth and employment growth in Xinjiang still exist certain problems,such as employment growth compared with the economic growth is still a certain gap.Taking Xinjiang statistical yearbook 2017,on the basis of the data by studying the relationship between economic growth and employment growth in Xinjiang,analyzed the current economic growth in Xinjiang,under the condition of impact employment growth there may be a problem.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of economic and employment development in Xinjiang,introduces the employment elasticity of economic growth and the deviation degree of employment structure,and analyzes the characteristics of economic growth and employment growth in Xinjiang.The third chapter is to judge the long-term relationship between economic growth and employment through co-integration model and error correction model.Through Granger causality test,we judge the causal relationship between economic growth and employment growth,and the test results promote the employment of economic growth.The fourth chapter in the third chapter conclusion based on the analysis of the contribution of economic growth to employment growth in Xinjiang,first to Xinjiang three industry association analysis,research Xinjiang each industry growth absorbing employment ability;Then,through factor analysis,this paper studies the economic development of 15 regions in Xinjiang to absorb the employment ability,and compares and analyzes the differences and shortcomings of employment capacity in various regions through comprehensive ranking.Concluded that the development trend of the third industry employment elasticity in Xinjiang and Xinjiang employment elasticity development trend is the same,and the third industry develops in harmony with the employment development in Xinjiang,although in 2016 in Xinjiang to employment in stimulating the industry development is "one,three,two," but after 2016,the industrial development to promote employment likely to "three,one,two" pattern,namely the Xinjiang region economic development in the economic development of the third industry become the main force to promote employment.In addition,the industrial structure of Xinjiang is not perfect,and the regional industrial structure can be optimized to promote employment.Appropriate promotion of income levels in some areas to absorb employment.
