The campus should be a pure paradise in the process of student learning and development.Campus safety is a necessary guarantee for students to provide a healthy growth environment.However,incidents of school bullying have continued to occur in recent years,which has had a negative impact on the development of school work and the healthy development of students' physical and mental health.Although there are school bullying incidents from primary and secondary schools and even universities,they occur most frequently in primary and secondary schools.If not properly handled,the adverse consequences will be accompanied by the student's life.In order to solve this problem,various sectors of the society have offered advice and suggestions.Many scholars from the fields of psychology,education,and sociology have taken a professional approach and proposed measures to solve the problem of bullying in schools.Ideological and political education is also very concerned about the solution to the problem of bullying in primary and secondary schools.The article starts with the analysis of the connotation of bullying in schools,and uses interview methods,literature research methods,case analysis methods,etc.to analyze in depth the characteristics and types of bullying in primary and secondary schools,and explores the necessity of ideological and political education in the problem of bullying in primary and secondary schools.As well as the reasons,on this basis,we put forward the basic principles of ideological and political education intervention in the problem of primary and middle school campus bullying and the ideological and political education solutions to the problems.The bullying of primary and secondary schools is based on the bullying behavior of the place where the school is located,and the concrete and centralized bullying behavior.Although one of the characteristics is also expressed as deliberately injuring another's body,it is distinguished from violence and aggressive behavior.The characteristics of bullying in primary and secondary schools are mainly the repeatability of the number of bullying behaviors and the fixation of the target,the imbalance of the bullying forces,the diversity of bullying expression,the far-reaching influence of bullying,the hidden nature of bullying and bullying.There are three ways to classify the universality,namely,the extent of bullying in schools,the difficulty in finding bullying in schools,and the emotional reasons behind bullying in schools.The development of people's spiritual world is an important part of ideological and political education.At the same time,it is the task of ideological and political education to pay attention to society.This shows the necessity of ideological and political education in the problem of bullying in primary and secondary schools.The imperfections of moral values among elementary and middle school students,the division of social strata,the weak concept of the legal system of primary and secondary school students,and the problems in the practice of ideological and political education constitute the causes of ideological and political education involvement in the problem of bullying in primary and secondary schools.The ideological and political education should follow the principle of combination of demonstration and guidance,the principle of starting from reality,the principle of combining with the principles of justice and equality,and the combination of actual effect and integration in the process of school bullying in primary and secondary schools.in principle.On this basis,this article exploratively proposes four ideological and political education countermeasures to solve the problem of bullying in primary and secondary schools,namely,to develop cultural functions of ideological and political education,implement social ideological and political education,attach importance to moral education,implement ideological and political education in schools,and bring into play emotional functions.The implementation of family ideological and political education and the ideological and political education to play a joint function of educating people to form a social education network.With a view to starting from the three dimensions of society,school,and family,we will gather the efforts of all walks of life to solve the problem of bullying in primary and secondary schools.
