In recent years, the state has begun to encourage and guide the construction of secondary and higher vocational colleges, but good national policies have failed to ensure the orderly development of the construction and teaching of secondary vocational colleges. In the context of the reform and development of vocational education, secondary vocational school students are affected by bad social trends, inappropriate educational management methods, and deviations in family education methods.Whether the ideological and political education can be conducted in a timely and effective manner is not only related to the healthy development of students’ personality and the overall improvement of their overall quality, but also related to the construction of a harmonious campus and a society ruled by law.Although ideological and political education and guidance have been effective in controlling bullying in secondary vocational schools, there are still some problems. After combing and analyzing these issues, suggestions are made for improving the ideological and political education guidance in the management of campus bullying of secondary vocational students. The article is divided into the following sections:The first chapter elaborates and analyzes the general situation of campus bullying behavior of secondary vocational students.First introduced the definition and types of campus bullying, and then focused on analyzing the particularity of campus bullying behavior of secondary vocational students.Next,it analyzes the reasons from four aspects: the disadvantages of social transformation and bad habits, the incoordination of school education management tendencies and student development, the deviationof family education methods, and the imperfect world outlook of secondary vocational students. Finally,it analyzes the harm of school bullying behavior of secondary vocational students, including causing physical and psychological problems of students, damaging the reputation and social influence of the school, and hindering the construction of a socialist legal society. The second chapter analyzes the status quo of ideological and political education guidance on campus bullying behaviors of secondary vocational students through research methods such as questionnaires and interviews.Firstly,it emphasizes the necessity of implementing ideological and political education guidance.Secondly,it summarizes the results of ideological and political education guidance on campus bullying, and then summarizes the remaining problems, such as the content and form of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools. The way that educators deal with problems is fixed, and the school’ s education and guidance on campus bullying is lagging. Finally,we trace the root causes of these problems to propose perfect countermeasures. The third chapter discusses the further improvement of ideological and political education guidance in campus bullying behavior of secondary vocational students from the perspectives of "home, school and enterprise",teachers, and students. It is necessary to construct an education and guidance strategy of "home-school-enterprise" combination, and combine the three-way guidance to achieve the greatest effect. The role of secondary vocational teachers in education and guidance to students should also be strengthened, including behavioral education guidance by example, life education guidance by precepts and deeds, and innovative education and guidance methods to make the best use of the situation. At the same time, secondary vocational students should also strengthen the guidance of self-education,including self-emotion guidance, interpersonal communication guidance and self-protection awareness guidance.
