At present,bullying incidents occur frequently in primary and secondary schools,and the exposure has not only increased,which has aroused great concern from all walks of life.The growing situation of campus bullying seriously affects the campus security and harmonious atmosphere of primary and secondary school students.We have to rethink what happened to students and how families,schools and society should solve the problem of bullying in the chain of education.From the perspective of ethics.This paper attempts to explore the present situation,causes and ethical countermeasures of campus bullying from the source,which is mainly divided into four parts.The first part systematically reviews the present situation of school bullying in primary and secondary schools: including the present situation of school bullying in foreign countries and the present situation of school bullying in China.The second part further clarifies the extension and ethical scale of campus bullying from the perspective of ethics by sorting out the connotation and classification of school bullying.The third part takes 2584 students from six primary and secondary schools in NanJin and WuXi cities of J Province as the research object,makes an empirical analysis of the bullying situation in primary and secondary schools in the region,and expounds the influencing factors and ethical reasons.The study found that campus bullying is common in primary and secondary schools,and the problem of campus bullying in junior high schools is relatively high;bullying subjects have considerable individual differences,and show the characteristics of younger age;bullying methods are mainly verbal bullying.The ethical reasons for campus bullying include: individual cognitive bias;lack of family care;moral education disability in schools;negative value orientation in society.The fourth part analyses the principles of humanism,harmlessness,reverence for life,caring,unity of knowledge and action and the same direction of peer in preventing and curing school bullying in primary and secondary schools.On this basis,it tries to put forward the concrete ethical preventive mechanism of "good and evil" and the concrete ethical measures of "family-school-society" Trinity ethical community to prevent and cure school bullying in primary and secondary schools.Based on the theory of caring ethics,bioethics and environmental ethics,this paper studies the ethical countermeasures of preventing and curing school bullying in primary and secondary schools.Through the study of the phenomenon of school bullying in different age groups of primary and secondary school students,this paperanalyses the causes of the cognitive and value formation of bullying-related persons,and further analyses the ethical factors of bullying-related individuals,families,schools and society,so as to put forward the following suggestions: Targeted ethical principles and preventive measures can effectively guide primary and secondary school students to grow up healthily,unitedly,fraternally and beautifully.
