Under the “people-oriented” policy orientation,all kinds of bullying incidents on the campuses of our country continue to emerge in an endless stream,reflecting the neglect of our school management activities on students' inner world.Therefore,while appealing to school administrators to focus on the inner world of students,Wang Yangming's theory of Purifying Conscience was chosen as the theoretical basis.It not only pays attention to students' hearts,but also pays attention to the interrelationships between student's personality and social commonality.It is hoped that with the help of this local Chinese theory,students' management issues in traditional Chinese culture and interpersonal relationships will be studied.The idea of Conscience(human nature)as the starting point of the theory of Purifying Conscience is the origin of all the thought of Wang Yangming.It discusses the original appearance of the human nature.it is a traditional Confucian view derived from Mencius' theory of "good nature" ?The view of the people's mind and human nature is the highest standards beyond all the external requirements emphasized by the idea of Conscience,Strongly refuting the view of the rules and the desires should be separated and conflictive proposed by Zhu Xi and his disciples,and affirming the possibility of the integration of the rules and the desires.So,it praises the normal needs and values of human nature and puts forward a kind of states of heart which should be Conscience(human nature).The idea of Uniting of Theory and Practice is the fundamental principle that runs through the theory of Purifying Conscience.Theory and Practice should not be two things,nor should it be two stages of affairs,but should be "in one" state.When we are learning something,we should do some practices.Comprehending by practicing,we can deepen the effect of the cognitive process and improve the efficiency of learning.By the same token,when we are doing something,we should think deeply about the thing we are doing.Thinking the problems and results during practicing,we can update and improve the cognition we had.As a result,we can achieve the desired effect that cognition promoting practice and practicing promoting cognitionPurifying Conscience is not only the end of the doctrine of theory of Purifying Conscience,but also the purport of the theory of Purifying Conscience.After understanding inner thoughts and carry out the inner aspirations by the idea of Uniting of Theory and Practice,people still should return to their own heart to updating and upgrading.This is a spiral rise process.The theory of Purifying Conscience by Wang Yangming is such a process of concerning for the people,concerning about human nature,promoting people to constantly recognize themselves,to achieve themselves and to enhance themselves.This process This process not only has great reference value for the moral education of the school,but also has some reference and guidance to the students' management activities.This paper is divided into six parts:Part I: Introduction.Expounding and analyzing the background,concept,research status,significance and research methods of this article.Part II: The Significance of Drawing on the Theory of Purifying Conscience in Student Management Activities This section discusses the meaning and value of Wang Yangming's theory of Purifying Conscience in student management activities from four aspects: settling life,respecting individual,carrying forward the human nature and returning to the heart which is beneficial to students and students management activities.Part III: The connotation of Conscience and the practice of student management by Conscience.This section discusses the connotation and value of Wang Yangming's concept of Conscience from Mencius' theory of Conscience.And combined with the general requirements of the education industry in our country and the development of students' psychological quality,I discusse how to clear and establish the Conscience of managers and the Conscience of students in student management activities.Part IV: The meaning of Uniting of Theory and Practice and how to adhere to this principle in student management activities.This section discusses the content of Theory and Practice which Wang Yangming thinks and how to integrate with each other,and discusses the category of Theory and Practice in student management activities and the possibility of the integration of Theory and Practice and the method.Part V: The ultimate goal of Purifying Conscience and the ultimate goal of student management.This section discusses the origin and connotation of the theory of Purifying Conscience in Wang Yangming's philosophy,including highlighting inner thoughts and removing distractions.And raising that students' management should not only purify students' inner cognition,but also show students' inner cognition and ambition to realize what they want and their own value.Part VI: The Historical Limitation of Wang Yangming's Philosophy and Its caution to Students' Management.It points out the two limitations of Wang Yangming's excessive attention to the heart and excessive dependence on morality;and puts forward the aspects and methods that should be avoided in student management activities.
