Objectives: The loss of skeletal muscle is becoming an important problem in the health of elderly women..This study sought to investigate the effects of long-term elastic band aerobics and general aerobic exercises combined with resistance exercises on delaying skeletal muscle loss in middle-aged and older adults,and to explore the compatibility of "aerobic,strength and extension" exercises.we design a fitness program that meets the interests of middle-aged and elderly people.Methods: According to the characteristics of the middle-aged and elderly,I designed two different types of resistance exercises: stretch band aerobics and aerobics combined resistance exercise.Through the experimental method,51 middle-aged and elderly women were trained for 12 weeks.,And determine the skeletal muscle mass,strength,functional ability and body composition related indicators before and after the experiment.Analyze the skeletal muscle mass,strength,muscle functionand body composition of the middle-aged and elderly through 12 weeks of different resistance exercises program.The results of the study:After 12 weeks of intervention,the grip strength of the experimental group(P<0.05),the number of consecutive sittings(P<0.05)and the six-meter paced function(P<0.05)all showed a significant increase,while the experimental group grip strength.(P>0.05)There was also a small increase but less than the experimental group 1.The number of consecutive sittings(P>0.05)and the six-meter paced function(P>0.05)both decreased slightly in the experimental group.The muscle mass(P<0.05)and skeletal muscle content(P<0.05)of the experimental group both showed an upward trend,while the experimental group two(P>0.05)had a smaller change range.The BMI and body fat of the experimental group I and the experimental group two were both increased.The rates have dropped significantly.The balance between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2(P<0.05)and experimental group 2(P<0.05)both significantly increased,but the increase of experimental group 2 was smaller than that of experimental group 1.The experimental group had a significant increase in walking time-keeping function(P<0.05),while experimental group two(P>0.05)showed a slight decrease.The conclusion:1.The exercise load is suitable for middle-aged and old female groups to carry out strength training.In the case of the subjects,the middle-aged and old women were more interested in the elastic band aerobics.?2.In the two different resistance exercises of elastic band aerobics and aerobics combined with resistance exercise,muscle strength and functional ability in the elderly have been significantly enhanced,but the elastic band aerobics compared with the single aerobic exercises combined with resistance exercise are more higher in effecting on skeletal muscle strength and functional ability.3.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the muscle mass and skeletal muscle content of the elastic belt exercise group were better than aerobic exercise combined with the resistance exercise group,showing a significant upward trend.4.The two different ways of resistance training of elastic belt aerobics and aerobics combined with resistance exercises,can effectively reduce the BMI value of middle-aged and old women,reduce body fat content.
