Practice "Localization"

This paper makes a summary and reflection on a rare practical experience,so as to better understand the reasons for the success of the social work of a rural local group.From the existing literature,we will find a lot of literature to discuss the localization of Chinese social work,but the previous studies on the localization of social work have been discussed in the Greater China region.In recent years,although someone have put forward the concept of deep localization,called for "localization" theory,however,it was found that such appeals still need to be made up in the different rural front-line areas of practice.At the present stage,the service of social work in the form of group work in rural areas is becoming more and more common.However,therandomness of the group participation in the group activities and the transience of the interns in the rural services have challenged the group work.Facing the flow of members,Social workers how to deal with,how to ensure the effectiveness of the group in the flow,and a series of problems such as successfully integrating into group members and maintaining good relations are all issues worthy of further study in rural community work.This article attempts to give answers through practical research,case studies and data analysis.By summarizing and reflecting on the social work experience of the rural local group,this paper draws a conclusion that it is not feasible to carry out the social work of the textbook type professional group under the rural local situation,and the social work should be further localized in the practice of rural environment.I hope to build a bridge of communication through this research with other researchers and readers who are interested in this field,and continue to discuss and improve the research on the social work of rural groups.
