The Research On The Evaluation Of Public Welfare Attributes Of Private Colleges In Fujian Province

As an important part of higher education in our country,the construction and development of private colleges and universities have promoted the process of popularization of higher education in China.Public welfare is the essential attribute of education,private colleges and universities to obtain the legal status of the premise.On the basis of reviewing the research results of private colleges and universities on the basis of domestic and foreign academic circles,this paper first uses the literature research method to sort out the concept,connotation and theoretical foundation of private colleges and universities,and finds out the quality,capital and the way of financing and the administrative constitution On the private colleges have a certain impact on public welfare.The quality of running school includes the conditions of running a school,the strength of teachers,the results of scientific research,the mutual influence between each other,promote each other,the conditions of school is the basic material basis,teachers and scientific research is the soft power symbol.Then,based on the evaluation scale of public welfare attribute of private colleges and universities in Fujian Province,the empirical data were used to collect and collect the evaluation data of the quality of public welfare of 34 private colleges in Fujian Province.Through the single factor clustering analysis of the data using SPSS17.0,the ranking and the classification of the public welfare attributes of 34 private colleges in Fujian Province were classified into four categories: The highest public welfare of private colleges and universities have 5,public welfare better private colleges and universities have 11,public welfare secondary private colleges and universities have 10,public welfare general private colleges and universities have 8.Followed by the analysis of the original data on the basis of the scale of education,policies,these two pull down the private colleges and universities of public welfare attributes.Based on this,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations: the implementation of private colleges and universities classified management mechanism;increase financial support;for local economic development,cultivate the real talents.
