With the development of technological era,nowadays,we came into a micro age,while the education and studying are continuing to renovate.In order to know and master movement intuitively,actively and comprehensively for students,applying multimedia technology to assist volleyball education will benefit the emphases and difficulties of volleyball skills.Under this way,students are more likely to study actively and become the focus in the studying,which is in favor of setting students as study players.Teacher participate and guide the discussion and study among students with equality,which can give full play to students own activity and cooperation,and train students innovative awareness,thinking and ability,taking the teaching manner from inculcation to exploratory learning.This research adopts literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis to analyze the feasibility of micro-class teaching in volleyball course and the situation of volleyball course in Guangdong University of Finance,and the conclusion are as follow: first,on the basis of the survey,interview and data analysis between the volleyball teacher and student in Guangdong University of Finance,it can find that the micro class teaching of volleyball in Guangdong University of Finance is feasible.Because of the better acceptability to student,they can more easily to accommodate new theory and accept the novel teaching method actively,as well as study and apply on their own.Second,the trait of micro class apply to each steps and various curriculum of school education.It not only cover a wide range but also increase teacher's educational means.Third,by the means of interview and investigation,it can find that a small part of teacher is far from comprehensive with micro class teaching.They meet all kinds of obstructions When they make the video of micro class and put into use the micro class teaching.Without a good theory to support micro class teaching application,teacher often apply traditional teaching method to give classes,and the teaching means are simple.Forth,the teacher of Guangdong University of Finance mainly constitute with middle young people.There are 43% of volleyball teacher age between 30 to 39,and 70.4% of volleyball teacher are graduate student,which provide a strong guarantee to micro class teaching in volleyball course application.Fifth,the experimental classes of Guangdong University of Finance make a favorable result in micro class teaching of volleyball course application.Student have a clear motivation to playing volleyball,which can promote student's physical and mental health and enrich after-school life.Sixty,the recognition rate of the experimental class for the micro teaching is higher than that of the control class.The mastery and performance of the experimental class are better than those of the control class,and the active practice is high,which has played a promoting role in the application of the micro lesson teaching.Seventh,under this investigation,it emerges some questions: some leader don't think highly of micro class teaching;it lack effective organization in micro class teaching and professional conduct in micro class promotion and application;the student in Guangdong University of Finance have a incomplete of micro class.It is difficult to come down,and some students reject to accept micro class teaching.
