With the formation of information society,online teaching resources are becoming more and more abundant,and the characteristics of intelligence,openness and interactivity of college classroom teaching are becoming more and more obvious.In this case,the explanation and demonstration in common colleges and universities as the main form of single sports classroom teaching mode has been unable to adapt to the demand of The Times,and the arrival of the micro class compared to the traditional classroom teaching has great superiority,it fuses in the traditional classroom teaching directly with hybrid teaching way[this sentence added behind the"way"],the application of classroom time to acme.Therefore this study combining micro class and volleyball teaching,research and practice to explore the lesson in volleyball option class in ordinary colleges and universities to achieve the teaching effect,namely,for students to master volleyball skills,techniques of standardization and the influence of exercise attitude,etc,for the application of micro in colleges and universities sports skill teaching and promotion to provide the reference.This study of ordinary university volleyball option class to implement the teaching as the research object,based on the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,based on the characteristics of the micro class and modern teaching theory,micro compiled volleyball class design and implementation of the principle of targeted can design the classroom platform in the rain on the use of volleyball teaching course system,by means of yangzhou industrial vocational and technical college class of 2017 volleyball option class teaching experiment for 14 weeks.Research results:1.In terms of service technique,both the experimental group with micro-class teaching and the control group with traditional teaching can significantly improve students' standard scores and technical evaluation scores,among which the difference of post-test technical evaluation scores is significant,and micro-class teaching is more conducive to the normalization of service technique.2,In passing,adopting micro course teaching of the experimental group and control group with traditional teaching can make students' grades and skill evaluation scores been improved significantly,and after the experiment measuring technology has significant difference score evaluation and training,small class teaching is helpful for students to better master the skill movements of the ball and the standardization of the action.3,On the mat ball technology,the use of small class teaching of the experimental group and control group with traditional teaching can make students' grades and skill evaluation scores been improved significantly,and after the experiment measuring technology has significant difference score evaluation and training,small class teaching is helpful for students to better master the skill movements of ball and the standardization of the action.4,On the indicators of exercise attitude,the experimental group with micro-class teaching can have a more positive impact on the six indicators of behavior attitude,goal attitude,behavior habits,behavior intention,sense of behavior control,subjective criteria,etc.The indicators of the control group were improved,but there was no significant difference.The results of half-meter movement and badminton throw in the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved,while the results of standing long jump were improved,but there was no significant difference.5.The implementation of micro-course teaching in optional volleyball course teaching is conducive to promoting the development of college physical education informationization,solving the contradiction between the unification and individualization of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities,contributing to the unification of instrumental and humanistic features in public physical education classes in colleges and universities,and improving the actual effect of physical education classes.
