On The Investigation Of Current Situation Of Part-time Coaches Of Primary Schools In Guangzhou Which Are Carrying Out Campus Football And Its Suggested Methods

Guangzhou is one of the city that carry out campus football and the center of Teenager Training of Chinese Football Association.Football is becoming hot,but some problems occured,especially on Part-time Coaches.In order to know about the coaching of part-time coaches of primary schools in Guangzhou which are carrying out campus football,improve youngsters physical situation,football skills and techniques,better and quickly develop Guangzhou Football level,so investigations and analysis was made on the coaching of part-time coaches by methods of Literature Review,Questionnaire survey method,Expert Interview method,and methods of Statistic,the results are as follows:(1)Age of part-time coaches of primary schools in Guangzhou which are carrying out campus football is from 22 to 26,which accounts for 65.67% of all coaches.Coaches with Bachelor degree is 75%.Coaches that have China Football Association Level D and above Coach Certificate is 50%.About the salary.Salary is dependent on classes,normal salary,and fixed salary.Ways that coaches cooperate with schools are Football Clubs,personal recruitment,and cooperation with Sports companies.Theory about Pedagogy and Psychology,Football knowledge,Medical,and Nutrition should be improved.Ability on Organization management,training organization,coaching ability should be enhanced too.(2)From the investigation,Part-time coaches do not satisfy with their job,and they are not so passionate,and satisfaction of their work is of obvious correlation with work passion.(3)The investigation also shows that standards for part-time coaches of primary schools in Guangzhou which are carrying out campus football are not strict,age difference is unreasonable,salary is not fair,management is loose,assessment is not enough and the problem of training and laws occured.(4)Factors that influence recruitment of part-time coaches include ‘Society influence factor',‘Qualification factor',‘Expenditure factor',‘Diploma factor',‘Coaching factor',‘Benefit factor'.‘Society influence factor' is the main factor,which includes item values,schools,promotion,society attention,and relative policies.(5)Policies towards the development of part-time coaches of primary schools in Guangzhou which are carrying out campus football are: set up special standards,strengthen management,broaden ways of promotion and involvement,build up a win-win situation between schools and coaches,and finally,government should improve relative laws.
