With the development of Chinese society,the continuous improvement of the economic level,the increase of the leisure time of the people and the change of the concept of consumption,more and more people pursue a healthy life.Therefore,the sports industry related to health has been developed rapidly.At the same time,parents are paying more and more attention to the improvement of the physical quality of the next generation.Football,as a good educational carrier to exercise and improve children's willpower,is favored by parents.However,at present,the research on football training market in China is mainly about the study of primary school or primary school.By means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the training market for children in Guangzhou from three aspects,such as training institutions,coaches and parents,and analyzes the existing problems in the training market,and the training institutions,government departments and coaches.The parents and parents put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of children's football training market in Guangzhou.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The development status of Guangzhou children's football training market presents the following characteristics1.Guangzhou children's football training institutions are based on the market oriented type of private class,the size of which is small and medium institutions,and the business registration is good,but most of the training institutions need to face the situation of insufficient source and less profit.More than half of the institutions collaborate with the field by leasing,and the facilities are more complete,mostly with parking,football and dressing rooms.2.Managers of training institutions are mainly male,younger age groups,and most of them are full-time managers.The majors are half of the sports and non sports managers.The management department in the organization is reasonably set up,and the training department is working with some market players.3.Coaches are mainly male,age structure is younger,education is mostly undergraduate,and learning is diversified.The proportion of part-time coaches is larger,and the part-time group is mainly college students.4.Coaches focus on training students' body coordination and sensitive quality.The main technical moves are ball sense,disc control and shooting skills.In the cultivation of will quality,the key is to cultivate strong will and teamwork spirit.5.There is little difference between parents' love for football and their preference for football.Parents generally feel satisfied with their participation in training.The main way for parents to get information about training institutions is recommended by friends,WeChat communication and training institutions.6.The proportion of boys and girls who participated in the training was unbalanced.The main motivation for parents to choose to participate in football training is to wish their children to be healthy.The most important factor for selecting training institutions is the professional level of coaches,followed by the training atmosphere of training courses.The convenience of training sites and training time is also an important consideration for parents.(2)Analysis of the problems existing in children's football training market in Guangzhou1.The relevant departments and industry organizations do not have enough supervision.2.The degree of professionalization of managers is not high;3.The overall profit is relatively small,and market development still needs to be strengthened.4.The propaganda way is backward,and the marketing mode is lack of innovation.5.The recruitment way of coaches is single,and the teaching ability needs to be improved.6.There is a lack of national syllabus for children's football training.7.The service quality of the training institutions is not high;8.there is a deviation from the parents on the cognition of football training.(3)Analysis of development strategies of Guangzhou children's football training market1.For the government administration department:(1)work together to strengthen the management of children's football training market.(2)implementing the related policy of football development2.For training institutions:(1)diversify the management and improve the level of managers(2)combination of various marketing means(3)improve the recruitment system and improve the level of coaching(4)strengthen scientific research and develop school-based textbooks(5)improve the evaluation system and improve the quality of service3.For parents of students:(1)strengthen propaganda and education and improve the deviation of cognition(2)improve personal quality...
