In the 30 years of reform and opening-up,China's high vocational education has developed rapidly and the scale has been continually expending.After achieved the great success we should also pay attention to the quality of the education,because the scale and the quality of education are two significant standards.Only both of them improved and then the high vocational education can makes sustainable progress.The core and key of the construction is to improve the high vocational education's teacher quality,country should attach importance to the teacher the key factor.Part-time teacher is very important when cooperated between school and enterprise,they have enhanced the teaching quality.Along with the increase in part-time teachers,management of part-time teachers becomes another problem to solve.Although the government has promulgated laws to resolve the problems of the part-time teacher's in vocational education,and these laws indeed provide convenience to the vocational school to manage the part-time teachers.But there are also many other issues that the laws had been introduced are not so lawless and difficult to implement.This assay with the combination of three methods of cause study,questionnaires and interviews to invest the current situation of the part-time teachers and the school's management in GM college.Through investing one high vocational college to reflect the problems in the management of the part-time teachers.From three aspects to explore the existing problems,to better promote the development of part-time teachersThere are five chapters in the thesis.The first part is an introduction.It focused on the background of the issues,the meaning of studying this project,research ideas and methods.Through all aspects of macroeconomic analysis of the part-time teacher to lay the foundation for further study,Equity Theory,Analysis of the four theories in the management of the specific application.The second chapter is the related management theories.Based on Herzberg's two-factor theory,Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.The third part,concepts defined,Based on two copy of questionnaires and interviews of GM college to invest the problems of the management,emphasized on the part-time teacher's structure of this school,including the teacher's sex,age,professional title and so on.The forth part,exploring the problems of part-time teachers from the government,vocational schools,part-time teachers.Government level,the macro-policy documents of the part-time teacher is ambiguous,implementation operability is not strong.School regards the part-time teacher as temporary workers and lacking of standardized management,so they can't retain the talent.The five part,based on the problems give suggestions for improvement.
