| With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the sports training market is also booming,especially for sports training institutions for minors.Basketball is a sport that is deeply loved by the people of our country.There are three CBA teams in Guangdong Province,which highlights the status of basketball in Guangdong.At the same time,Guangzhou enjoys excellent geographical conditions and developed economy,and it has a profound basketball culture and basketball.As an alternative project of the Guangzhou College Entrance Examination,basketball training has a wide development market space in Guangzhou.In this study,literature research methods,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,logical analysis methods,mathematical statistics methods,and field investigation methods were used.Mathematical statistics were used to analyze factors affecting their development,and basketball training for young children in Guangzhou was conducted.The situation of the market was investigated.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The main factors affecting the development of the basketball training market for youngsters and children in Guangzhou are,in descending order of importance,“supply and demand factors”,“condition factors for participating in training”,“social environmental factors”,“institutional operational factors”,and “ Coach factor.".2.Supply and demand: The size of training institutions varies;coaches vary in their level of education;training quality varies;in terms of training content,supply and demand are relatively balanced;in events and service projects,supply falls short of supply.3.In terms of training: the students are mainly primary and secondary school students,and there are fewer female students.The frequency of practice for most of the trainees is low.The main purpose of parents’ support for trainees’ participation in training is to exercise their bodies,cultivate their interest,and enhance their psychological quality.4.Social environment: Guangzhou has a good economic environment and cultural environment.In terms of policy,relevant departments have begun to pay attention to the basketball training market,but they lack the specific industry standards and legal restrictions.5.Institutional operations: The management system,assessment system,and salary system need to be improved;the information campaign is lacking in targeted and novelty,and the promotion methods are similar.6.Coaches: The overall quality of coaches is uneven and mainly part-time,and the mobility of the staff is relatively large.The following suggestions are made:1.Supply: fully understand consumer demand,provide service items and service products according to demand,and enhance service awareness and quality.2.Participation in terms of training: Reasonable setting of placement standards to attract different levels of students to join;set different levels of time and fee according to different levels of service to increase the amount of students;strictly follow the teaching plan to arrange training content from person to person and improve the targeted training.3.Social environment: The relevant government departments have strengthened the supervision of the training market and standardized the market’s management system;they have formulated relevant industry standards and standardized industry behavior.4.Institutional operations: Improve the internal rules and regulations of the institution and the selection mechanism,establish a standardized management system for coaches and trainees;create a brand effect,increase propaganda,expand brand influence,and use a variety of marketing strategies to promote and tap the market Potential demand.5.In the aspect of coaches: Set appraisal system to motivate coaches to work enthusiasm,conduct regular business training,reasonably set remuneration packages and performance standards,and increase the proportion of full-time coaches.This article is necessary to explore the development of the basketball training market for young children from the perspective of market influence factors.This article focuses on the basketball training market for youngsters and children in Guangzhou from five aspects,and sums up the basic status quo of basketball training market in the process of field research.By analyzing the status quo and exploring the existing problems,it proposes reasonable countermeasures according to the problems.This not only provides data analysis,theoretical analysis,cause analysis and solution for the basketball training market for young children and children in Guangzhou,but also provides a theoretical basis for the development of the basketball training market in China,and has important reference significance for the development of the basketball culture industry in China.And value. |
