Body posture is an important factor affecting the physical health of different age groups in China. For young athletes, correct body posture can establish excellent movement patterns, strengthen their proprioception and core stability, effectively improve movement performance in training, and reduce the risk of sports injury. As an important training module in the physical training system, functional training still has some limitations in the application of body posture intervention objects, and there is a lack of empirical research on the professional adolescent group. Therefore, taking the young athletes of Guangzhou Women’s Basketball team as the experimental objects, this paper investigates the characteristics of athletes’ body posture imbalance, and further explores the effects on their body posture through functional training intervention, aiming to provide practical reference and basis for the intervention of Chinese female basketball players’ body posture.By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, test, experiment and mathematical statistics, the body posture of 21 young female basketball players in Guangzhou was evaluated, the characteristics of the overall posture imbalance of the team were analyzed, the 12-week targeted functional training plan was designed, and a total of 24 times of single control group functional training intervention was conducted. The four aspects of breathing pattern, movement pattern, proprioception and core stability were interfered by functional training.Shapiro-Wilk normal distribution test was performed on all data,so as to determine whether paired T test or Wilcoxon-rank nonparametric test was used for data before and after the experiment,to explore the correction effect of athletes’ posture imbalance after the experiment.Research results:(1)After the body posture assessment of young women basketball players in Guangzhou,it is found that the main bad body posture of the players is round shoulder,X/O leg and pelvis forward. The positive rates of round shoulder and pelvis leaning forward imbalance were 100%,and the postural scores were 1.29 and 1.76 points, respectively. The positive rate of X/O leg was 80.95%,and posture score was 1.71.(2)after the function training after 12 weeks, breathing pattern has significant difference(P(27)0.05);Action mode, hip, hip and outreach(left),knees roll of abdomen, shoulders outreach has significant difference before and after the experiment(P(27)0.05),show(right),cervical flexion of hip has very significant difference before and after the experiment(P(27)0.01),and hip flexion movement modes there was no significant difference(P(29)0.05);Proprioception is very significant difference before and after the experiment(P(27)0.01);Core stability,8 abdominal bridge has a very significant difference before and after the experiment(P(27)0.01),lift on single leg squat and lie on your back legs down has significant difference before and after the experiment(P(27)0.05).(3)after 12 weeks function training, body posture unbalance situations,he entered pour, round shoulder, wing shoulders and pelvis forward, flat feet,O type leg has very significant difference(P(27)0.01);Bow-backed,X leg has significant difference(P(27)0.05);The scoliosis there was no significant difference(P(29)0.05).Research conclusion:(1)According to the positive rate, the characteristics of body posture imbalance of Guangzhou adolescent female basketball players were ranked as follows: round shoulder and pelvic forward tilt(100%),followed by head forward tilt and left foot flatfoot(90.48%),followed by X/O leg and right foot flatfoot(80.95%),the lowest was scoliosis imbalance(19.05%),which was still higher than the incidence rate of adolescent scoliosis;Sorted according to the degree of imbalance, they are: severe rounded shoulders,O-shaped legs, moderate head forward tilt, pelvic forward tilt, mild winglike shoulders, hunchback, and flat feet.(2)Most athletes usually use the left foot as the force generating foot, and the lack of core stability urges athletes to move the knee forward to compensate for stabilizing the trunk, resulting in excessive tension of the quadriceps femoris muscle, pulling the pelvis forward and showing the law that the left side of the pelvis leans forward more than the right side; The number of people with scoliosis imbalance is relatively small, but due to specific characteristics,it shows a trend of bending to the right.(3)For young women’s basketball athletes in Guangzhou,UCS leads to the lack of stability of cervical vertebra and scapula, affecting body balance and proprioception;LCS,X/O legs and flat feet interact with each other, resulting in lower limb force line disorder, changing the negative focus and load line of knee joint, and increasing the injury risk of athletes.(4)After the intervention of functional training, the postural functions of young female basketball players in Guangzhou were significantly improved. The correction of breathing pattern and action pattern re-established the muscle activation time sequence, improved the working efficiency of body muscle, and significantly reduced the imbalance Angle and positive rate of UCS of Guangzhou female basketball players. The improvement of proprioception and core stability can help athletes improve their postural control level, strengthen the weak chain of athletes’ body movement, effectively improve the postural imbalance caused by compensation mechanism, and reduce the pelvic forward tilt and flat foot imbalance from moderate to mild. The number of O-leg severe imbalance significantly decreases.Due to the limitations of the samples or the lack of targeted training means, the degree of scoliosis imbalance decreased slightly, and no relevant effective experimental conclusions were obtained.(5)It can be found from the experiment that functional training can effectively relieve the imbalance of body posture caused by the muscle secondary compensation mechanism of young female basketball players in Guangzhou, and at the same time, due to the improvement of the overall movement chain, the level of body function has been significantly improved, and the overall motor ability and performance have been improved.
