| The country attaches great importance to the development of children’s physical fitness.The age of 3-6 is a critical period for the development of balance ability,and the development of balance ability in the early childhood has an important influence on the development of later sports ability and the prevention of sports injuries.Studies have shown that balance ability has the characteristics of circadian rhythm.At different times,the elderly,young people,adolescents,and athletes all show different balance abilities,and exercise,which may affect the circadian rhythm of balance ability.At present,the circadian rhythm characteristics of balance ability and the influence of exercise intervention on the circadian rhythm of balance ability are still unclear,and the theory of this aspect of 3-6 year old children urgently needs to be studied.Research purpose:To explore the circadian rhythm characteristics of 3-6 years old children’s balance ability and the influence of exercise intervention on the circadian rhythm of children’s balance ability.Research method:This article uses literature data method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to study children aged 3-6.61 children were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(30 in the experimental group and 31 in the control group).The children in the experimental group were given 12-week exercise intervention to develop balance ability(3 times a week for 45 minutes).Before and after the exercise intervention,the scores of the children in the experimental group and the control group were measured at different times(morning(9:00),afternoon(16:00))standing on one foot with eyes closed and walking on the balance beam.Finally,the relevant data was statistically analyzed.Research result:1.Before exercise intervention,the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the test results of one-legged standing with eyes closed in the morning and afternoon(p<0.05),and the one-legged standing with closed eyes in the morning was better than that in the afternoon;There was no significant difference in the balance beam test results of children in the morning and afternoon in the control group(p>0.05).2.After exercise intervention,the test results of children standing on one foot with closed eyes and balance beam in the experimental group were significantly higher than before the intervention(p<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the control group(p>0.05).3.After exercise intervention,the test results of the experimental group standing on one foot with closed eyes in the morning and afternoon were significantly different(p<0.01).The standing on one foot with eyes closed in the morning was better than that in the afternoon.There is a significant difference in standing on one foot with eyes closed in the morning and afternoon(p<0.05)and standing on one foot with closed eyes in the morning is better than in the afternoon;the test results of the balance beam in the morning and afternoon in the experimental group are significantly different(p<0.01),and the balance beam test in the afternoon is better than that in the morning.The balance beam test in the morning and afternoon of the control group showed no significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Before exercise intervention,the balance ability of 3-6 years old children is affected by the circadian rhythm.The static balance ability has obvious circadian rhythm characteristics,and the static balance ability in the morning is better than that in the afternoon,and the dynamic balance ability has no obvious circadian rhythm characteristics.2.Exercise intervention to develop balance ability in 12 weeks can effectively improve the static and dynamic balance ability of 3-6 year old children.3.Exercise intervention has an impact on the circadian rhythm of the balance ability of children aged 3-6 years.After exercise intervention,the circadian rhythm of the static balance ability of the children is more obvious,and the exercise intervention in the morning is better than that in the afternoon.The dynamic balance ability changes from no circadian rhythm to existence Rhythmic characteristics,afternoon is better than morning. |
