Research On The Mental Health Consciousness Of College Students From The We-Media

Since the media has broken the traditional way of communication with the advantage of "everyone is a communicator",more and more college students have been using Micro-blog We-Chat and other self-media platforms as tools for communication and learning.Since the emergence of the media,education has provided a new education method for the psychological health of colleges and universities,making full use of self-media to promote the psychological health of education.At present,various universities have launched Micro-blog letter public,such as psychological health knowledge popularization,Internet psychological counseling and psychological health survey,etc.,to the media as an important means of education and publicity.Therefore,it is of practical significance and practical value to investigate the influence of self-media and college students' mental health consciousness.In this study,questionnaire survey and SPASS data analysis were used to conduct a sample survey of 226 college students.According to the survey on the media and the influence of college students mental health consciousness in-depth discussion,and with the perspective of media to mental health education in colleges and universities in the media field of work from the technical operation,the construction of the contingent of teachers and students,the public function perfect and campus public opinion aspects put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.In terms of the questionnaire,on the basis of the existing academic achievements,this study designed questionnaire compiled from the media,the questionnaire includes college students on the usage of media,focus on content,related influence four content and concrete Suggestions,etc.At the same time,three psychological scales,including core self-evaluation scale and social support evaluation,were combined to reflect the psychological health of college students.
