Research On The Minority Student’s Funding Education In College From The Perspective Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation

Education concerns the rejuvenation of the nation and it is the century-long policy of the country’s prosperity.The report of the 19 th National Congress proposed to "prioritize the development of education," and stressed that building a strong country in education is a fundamental project for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Under the new circumstances of social economy development and higher education reform,from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation,we must accurately integrate the ideological and practical problems of ethnic minority students with economic difficulties in colleges and universities,and closely integrate funding aid education with talent cultivation in universities.The establishment of a scientific,reasonable and effective system for subsidizing education for ethnic minority students with economic difficulties in colleges and universities is a social responsibility and an inevitable requirement for universities in the era.Most colleges and universities have realized that subsidy is only a means and that educating talent is the goal.Only from the perspective of educating people can we fundamentally block the intergenerational transmission of poverty and achieve real poverty and poverty.In particular,Xi Jinping’s idea of accurate poverty alleviation has been further expanded.Poverty alleviation can truly reflect its value only when it is accurate,and it strives to integrate precision poverty alleviation with the education and support of ethnic students and truly help minority students whose families are in financial difficulties.This paper discusses the funding of education for ethnic minority students under the perspective of “precision poverty alleviation”,aiming to improve the effectiveness of ethnic minority students’ funding and education.According to the Ministry of Education’s requirements on precision funding,“Strengthening Student Subsidy Further,” and“Implementation Outline for College Ideological and Political Education Enhancement Projects”,combined with the present situation of college minority student funding education,and the existence problems and their cause of funding for education for ethnic minority students in colleges and universities.The paper discusses the optimization of the path for the funding of education for ethnic minority students in colleges and universities to promoteimplement of minority students,education with financial support in universities accurately.Based on the background significance of the topic selection and the research status at home and abroad,the article begins with relevant concepts and basic theories,and the relationship between precision poverty alleviation and ethnic minority students’ funding and education to analyzes the current status of funding for education for ethnic students in colleges and universities according to the questionnaire.The problems existing in the funding of education for ethnic minority students in colleges and universities highlight the prominent causes of these problems.In the final analysis,it was concluded that: relying on the concept of precision poverty alleviation,we will improve the ethnic education system for the education of students from ethnic minorities,broaden the channels for accurate education and help people,enrich the content of ethnic students’ funding for education,strengthen the humanistic care of ethnic students,and temper and train elite cadres.To optimize the path for the funding of education for ethnic students in colleges and universities.
