Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Implementing Accurate Funding For Students Filing Riser In Higher Vocational Colleges

In 2015,the general secretary of the CPC put forward the goal and task of accurate poverty alleviation in the party's the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,and then the Ministry of education also put forward the task of accurate funding to the national colleges and universities.After the request for accurate funding was put forward,the poor student filing riser who served as a accurate funding object became a special group highly concerned by the whole society.Higher vocational colleges occupy half of China's colleges and universities.The number of poor students filing riser is more,and the task of accurate funding is even heavier.As a student counselor in a vocational college,I have a responsibility to study s the accurate funding of poor students filing riser of vocational colleges.In this paper,I read a large number of documents,and summarize the research status of university student funding in China and abroad,found That the poor students accurate funding participatory in Higher Vocational Colleges is a research gap,Combined with the urgent task of student funding in Colleges and universities must transform to accurate funding.Taking the accurate funding work of Guangxi Vocational College of Technology and Business as the field research object,analyzes and summarizes the three aspects of accurate identification,accurate funding and accurate management.After reading and investigating the literature,combined with the thinking in my work,From the three dimensions of accurate identification,accurate funding and accurate management,I put forward 6 feasible countermeasures to optimize the accurate funding of higher vocational colleges.The countermeasures include the establishment of a shared cross departmental filing data information system,the implementation of the diversified financing methods that can not only educate the students but also support,establish a team of accurate funding for the combination of a professional and a combination,establish a perfect file for the Poor students filing riser,a precise interpretation of the funding policy,and expand the sources of funding.
