Research On The Mechanism Of Precise Funding And Education In Colleges And Universities

Nowadays,China has entered the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Poverty alleviation by education is a striving for precise poverty alleviation.It is a concrete practice of poverty alleviation in the field of education.The college student funding system is the most important way of poverty alleviation by education.Since the reform and opening up,China has carried out a series of effective funding practices.The funding work of colleges and universities has gradually focused on "precise funding" and "funding education".However,in the new era,there are still many areas to be improved in the mechanism of precise funding education.Therefore,it is of strategic significance to improve the precise funding mechanism of colleges and universities,on the one hand,to build a well-off society in an all-round way,on the other hand,to enhance the practical effect of funding education in Colleges and universities,and to promote the all-round development of students.Based on Xi Jinping’s theory of precise poverty alleviation,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of Three Full-education,this study applies the methods of literature research,historical analysis,interview and case analysis to study the mechanism of precise funding education in universities.First of all,clarifying the evolution process of the college student funding mechanism and clarifying its evolution logic;secondly,taking W University as an example,and clarifying the main elements and sub mechanism classification of the college precise funding mechanism,analyzing the problems and reasons of the current college precise funding mechanism;finally,puting forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the college precise funding mechanism.Since the reform and opening up,the mechanism of subsidizing and educating people has gone through three stages in colleges and universities,from the old mechanism to the new mechanism,and then to the deepening reform of the existing mechanism.The evolution logic behind it mainly focuses on the concept,structure,mode and mode of subsidizing.From the perspective of historical experience and practical development,accurate funding and education has become the focus of current college student funding work,its core connotation is student-oriented,to promote the overall development of students as the goal.The relevant elements of the precise funding education mechanism in Colleges and universities mainly include concept elements,subject and object elements,practice elements,environmental elements and other major elements.With the deepening of the reform of the system,the problems in the operation of the precise funding and education mechanism are gradually emerging.From the current situation,the students’ main position is not paid enough attention,the identification of supporting objects is not clear,the implementation of responsibilities of all parties is not in place,and the difficulties of accurate funding and education are very prominent.These problems are the result of imperfect elements and imperfect mechanisms.Combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities in China,in view of the above problems,we should strengthen the awareness of education,enhance the concept of funding,adhere to the combination of material assistance and spiritual assistance,adhere to the combination of development and education equity,adhere to the combination of comprehensive development and individual development,adhere to the combination of general education and individual education;strengthen the construction of relevant systems,improve the education measures,and build information-based education The technology-based professional funding team should guide the assisted students to enhance their self-help awareness,pay attention to the protection of students’ privacy and the cultivation of their interpersonal skills,expand the funding and education programs that are conducive to the overall development of students,and strengthen the organic combination of Ideological and political education and funding and education;a sound mechanism should be established to help the accurate funding and education,and explore the accurate funding identification machine supported by big data System,forming a multi department linkage mechanism of multi main sports people,establishing a multi-faceted coordination mechanism of all-round education,and improving the multi evaluation mechanism including accountability feedback.
