Research On The Teacher's Job Rotation In Compulsory Education In Luxi County

This thesis makes researches on the teachers of primary and middle schools in Luxi County,and literature research,case study method,questionnaire and interview are the methods in this research.The current status of teachers' rotation communication is expounded in this thesis.It is found that the teachers in Luxi County are not willing to rotate their positions and lack of enthusiasm;Rotational communication is mainly one-way,which means that urban teachers go to rural places to teach;Teachers are more willing to work in places with better conditions.There are also some problems in the teachers job rotation policy,including: the incomplete rotational rotation system in the Luxi County,the ineffective implementation of the school,unexpected outcomes brought by the system,the teachers' insufficient motivation and weak willingness to communicate and the inconvenience in life and work in Luxi County.Taking the educational reality in Luxi County into consideration,this thesis puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.For example,the system of teachers job rotation system should be improved.The execution of the school ought to be enhanced.The teachers involved must make full use of their advantages.At the same time,emphasis should also be put on strengthening the sense of dedication and belief of teachers.This thesis consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It elaborates the reasons and significance of the topic,the research method,the concept definition,the process and design of the research,the theory foundation of the research and so on.In the second chapter,11 teachers teaching in primary and secondary schools are investigated through questionnaire,and the current status of teachers' rotational communication is described by means of data analysis.In the third chapter,the description and analysis of the five teachers' swap experiences in Luxi County can tell the readers the existing problems in the rotation of posts from a individual perspective.The fourth chapter is a summary of the problems of teachers job rotation in the compulsory education period in Luxi County.The fifth chapter is the reflectionof the problems in the teachers job rotation process,and suggestions to promote a successful teachers job rotation system during the compulsory education period in Luxi County.
