Since the government has formally launched the education balanced development progress in 2012,85% of the counties in China have reached the balanced standard.Funds,hardware and the standard allocation of teacher have laid a firm foundation for the musical educational development of rural schools weak in music education.However,the unbalanced distribution of music teachers has become the bottle-neck restricting the urban and rural area's bright musical development.The implementation of exchanging music teachers is one of the effective ways to balance the allocation of high-quality teachers,which is of great significance to improve the music education level of weak schools in rural areas and it also plays an important role of educating students.Taking compulsory education section in Rizhao as an example,this article focuses on music teacher groups in exchanging rotation.I selected three representative teachers as individual cases for long-term tracking and in-depth interview.At the same time,with the method of questionnaire survey and literature materials,I analyse the implementation status of music teacher exchange rotation in Rizhao from macro and micro levels.And then,I clarify the existing problems,analyze the causes and propose improvement strategies.The article consists four parts: the introduction summarizes the definition of research object,research ideas and research status.The first chapter studies the status of music teacher exchange rotation in rizhao city through four dimensions:policy background,documents analyzing,questionnaire survey and teacher cases.The second chapter combs the main problems existing in current music teacher exchange rotation in Rizhao Chapter three analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes improvement strategies.
