School bullying is a negative aggressive interpersonal communication affair which commonly exists in primary and secondary school students.In the present study,the occurrence rate of bullying in primary and secondary schools in China is between 10% and 35%,it includes two main subjects: the bullies and the victims,the first mentioned of two uses persistent,repetitive and nocuous verbal or physical behavior to damage the latter?s physical and mind in direct or indirect ways.With the attention of the country and the continuing attention of all sectors of society,the governance and intervention of school bullying has become a hot topic in sociology,psychology,pedagogy and jurisprudence.This study has found that most psychological researches on campus bullying focused on the current situation investigation,the reason analysis,the single level intervention effectiveness report and the theoretical discussion of the intervention method through reviews the findings of the study on bullying in middle schools at home and abroad,the systematic intervention study for the whole grade is almost blank.Thus,this study attempts to formulate the SAP intervention plan for campus bullying in the view of system theory,and through adopted the intervention program to test its effectiveness whether it can reduce bullying in schools or not.Study one,through utilizing questionnaire and interview to investigate the present situation and characteristics of bullying behavior in school from two aspects: students and teachers.Study two,compiling SAP intervention plan under the guidance of system theory.Intervention plan contains three dimensions which are student,parent and teacher.The student?s level includes lectures on bullying behavior and its consequences,as well as group counseling on empathy ability,coping style and self-evaluation.The teacher' s level includes the participation training and class meeting,and the former training involves the manifestation of bullying behavior,the harm of bullying to students,the way to discrimination and the treatment measures.Parent?s level mainly contains the parent class and parent-child activities,the former use micro-lecture to educate parents the knowledge of the definition and the main way of bullying,and through teaching them the way how to discriminate the behavior and to comfort students to deepen their understanding of the concept and characteristics of bullying behavior on campus,and also enhance parents' ability to recognize students' problem behaviors early so as to intervene early.The latter is to enhance the communication and interaction,trust and responsibility of parent and child interaction through parent-child activities.Study three,using the SAP intervention plan for campus bullying to intervene the second grade of target middle school for whole semester,and the experimental results were evaluated by quantitative and qualitative evaluation,process evaluation,self-assessment and evaluation.Result display that after implementing the scheme,the bullying incidence rate of the intervention grade has decreased significantly,which proves the effectiveness of the systematic intervention program.The experiment has achieved good results for following reason:1.The scheme is guided by the system theory and its branch society-ecological theory which makes the reducing-bullying target combined with the individual and the environment factor,pay attention to the influence of class,parents and teachers on students' growth,and it had enlightened researcher to compile the intervention measures from single to multi-dimensional.2.In content design,the SAP intervention program has carried out specific design for students,teachers and parents at different levels,make sure it can influence every level and affect multiple level to achieving the goal of reducing bullying behavior.3.Attach importance to the ecology of experimental situation.The occurrence of bullying is caused by the interaction of multiple factors,individuals,classes,teachers and parents interact with each other.It is only can transfer the knowledge and skill efficiently into the real learning and living environment in real experimental environment.Experimental result demonstrates that Implementing the SAP intervention program for school bullying in an ecological environment is effective in reducing bullying among students.
