School bullying influences the development of students' physical,mental health and academy.In the past years,many countries have begun to establish anti-bullying programs for preventing and intervening so that to be widely promoted.The KiVa anti-bullying program,which was developed and implemented by the University of Turku in Finland and widely implemented at Finland and abroad.It is an excellent example of anti-bullying intervention projects.Faced with the harsh situation of bullying in China and the effective practice of the Finnish anti-bullying program,this paper selects KiVa,Finland's most comprehensive anti-bullying project,as the research subject.The program is based on the interaction theory of peer groups,based on the school's overall collective.Universal prevention and indicated interventions aim to influence the occurrence of bullying events at the school level,at the teacher level,at the class level,and at the peer interaction level.The research content of this paper includes the background and project composition of the KiVa anti-bullying project in Finland,which legislation and policy guidance are provided for the school bullying in Finland.The subjects are included both prevention and intervention.Furthermore,through the analysis of the effectiveness of the KiVa anti-bullying project in domestic and overseas countries,the project implementation results show significant results,based on which the implementation experience for sharing can be summarized.This paper uses literature research method,comparative analysis method,comprehensive analysis of the experience of bullying prevention and control in Finnish campus,and combines the current situation of intervention in school bullying prevention and control,finding the problems that hinder the formulation and progress of school bullying project in China.Insufficient control measures,trying to establish a multi-faceted comprehensive bullying prevention and control system,promoting government support from the national level to fund school bullying prevention and control projects,the social level advocates the normalization of anti-bullying education for all,the cultural level strengthens anti-bullying awareness and popularization,The connection level between parents and school enhances the professional training,the teacher level enhances the teacher trustworthiness and the peer interaction level develops the peer support system,encourages peer intervention,etc.Therefore,the focus and breakthrough of the school bullying prevention and intervention need joint prevention and control system in parallel.
