In recent years,school bullying incidents have occurred from time to time,and have attracted widespread attention from people from all walks of life.How to create a good learning and living environment for middle school students who are in the growth and development stage is particularly important.Therefore,this research focuses on the perpetrators of school bullying problem behaviors in middle school students’ school bullying incidents,and strives to reduce the occurrence of school bullying incidents to a certain extent.This research is mainly divided into two parts.The first part mainly investigates and analyzes the current situation of school bullying in X middle school.From the survey data,we know that the main forms of school bullying in the school are verbal bullying,physical bullying,relationship bullying,cyber bullying and property bullying.In addition,the reasons for the school’s students’ behavior of school bullying are also analyzed from the internal and external aspects.The second part mainly adopts the work method of casework,through the use of cognitive behavior theory and empowerment theory,to carry out the practice research of school bullying behavior correction for the selected clients.In the course of the practice,the relevant data of the service objects were collected and evaluated through participatory observation and interviews,and it was found that the service objects had cognitive biases on campus bullying and rational emotions.Therefore,under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and empowerment theory,according to the problems and needs of the client,a service plan adapted to the client is established.The whole practice process not only helps the clients to clarify the current cognitive biases,but also corrects their problematic behaviors driven by the cognitive biases,and achieves the goal of correcting the behaviors of the clients’ school bullying problems.At the same time,it also helps clients realize the existing advantages and potentials,and encourages clients to make full use of favorable conditions for self-improvement.To a certain extent,it not only consolidates the effective correction of the school bullying behavior of the clients,but also lays the foundation stone for the clients to move towards a better future to a certain extent.Finally,in terms of prevention and coping strategies for school bullying,this research focuses on strengthening the educational function of the family system,strengthening the education related to freedom of speech,improving the school’s management system for dealing with school bullying incidents,and strengthening the construction of school social work teams,etc.related explanations.
