In 2015,with the State Council issued "the implementation of the reform of examination and enrollment system",the provinces gradually adopted the national unified proposition of the form of the college entrance examination.At the same time,the problem of educational equity with the same college entrance examination rolls is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the study of educational resource indicators that influence the difference of college entrance examination achievements in different provinces,that will help to promote the fairness of high school students' choice of higher education rights.This paper used to input data from the investment of different provinces' educational resources by using the grey connection analysis method.Through the horizontal analysis and comparison of the educational resources to find out the elements which have relationship with students in the college entrance examination scores.There are many grey connection analysis methods to measure the degree of the system to adapt to a variety of different situations.According to the study of educational resources index,I choose the Deng's grey connection degree calculation method and improve the calculation method for the negative correlation data on the negative correlation can not measure defects.Use the grey connection method to analysis the college entrance examination results which from national I volume and the national II volume and the allocation of educational resources.The study concluded that the most influential index of the national I volume and the national II volume area on the average score of the college entrance examination results is the average class size of the provinces,and the two are positively correlated.But there is "the number of the best class size".When the average class size of the province is larger than the value,the average score of the college entrance examination will decrease with the increase of the average class size.The volume I area students college entrance examination scores the greatest impact indicators for the discrete degree of provincial high school education funding perstudent,and the two negative relationship.The most important index to the degree of discretization of students in the national II volume is the ratio of female full-time teachers,and the two are positively related.The more the proportion of women in the provincial special teachers,the higher the students' overall national college entrance examination results,the more serious the two level of students' ability to differentiate.According to the conclusion of grey connection analysis,we selected the educational resource allocation indicators that related to the scores of college entrance examination in the national I volume area and the national II volume area respectively.The study concluded from 2010 to 2015,the national I volume area fair allocation of education resource has an impact on the college entrance examination is not balanced.The first phenomenon is in Henan Province,the average class size is larger,and the number increased slowly,meanwhile the ordinary high school education funding per student and other central region there is a larger gap;the second is in Jiangxi and Hunan Province,the increasing trend of ordinary high school class construction did not keep up with the number of students;the Third is in the whole are of national I,the higher education resources allocation of higher education resources is not balanced,fewer provinces will result in a score is high,which can have a right to choose college students accounted for less,the same test papers under the province more candidates need to have the ability of quality the right to choose.The allocation of educational resources in the national II volume area is relatively balanced.The general high school education and the national college entrance examination in provinces and municipalities are fairly fair in the national II volume.Volume area analysis of the national III found in Guizhou and Guangxi Province of the Southwest two provincial high school average class size is larger,three ordinary high school education funding per student in Provincial National low level and development speed is lower than that of other belong to the lower level of education funding per student;Guizhou province higher education resources is lower than the other two.Make cost of high school graduates in higher education choice rights is unfair.
