The Study Of Rural Junjor Middle School Campus Security Management Problems

The rural schools in our country,especially in the Midwest China rural,are very weak in the campus safety management,and have their own particularity.One reason is at a disadvantage in the educational resources allocation;another is that the number of children left behind is increasing year by year.Too much safety problem exit in rural schools,which shows that a number of rural schools are weakness in safety consciousness,safety equipment are unsound and the safety management system is imperfection.Therefore,this paper through the investigation of campus safety management present situation of two rural junior school in Henan province and Yunnan province,summarizes the existing problems and reasons,thinking and suggestions are given to the rural junior school campus safety management,hope to improve the campus safety management work in rural junior schools.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the reasons for choosing the topic,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,analyzes the research status of campus safety and campus safety management,and determines the research method of this paper.The second part mainly defines the conceptual framework of this paper,and introduces the theoretical basis.The third part describes the general situation and the campus safety situation of two sample schools by investigating and visiting two rural junior middle schools in Henan province and Yunnan province,and draft the design of questionnaire.Based on the survey of the safety management of two rural junior middle schools in Henan province and Yunnan province,the problems of cafeteria safety,safety facilities,campus violence and campus physical environment were identified.The reasons for the problems are summarized as follows: the distortion of laws and regulations related to campus safety management in our country;the insufficient investment of safety funds in rural junior high schools;the defects in safety management in rural junior middle schools;the prevalence of "left behind children" in rural schools.The fourth part is the analysis of problems and reasons for thinking,put forward suggestions: speeding up the campus legislation process,continue to strengthen the safety management of school safety;increase capital investment;to carry out safety education curriculum system;construction of campus security cooperation governance mechanism,carry out comprehensive management,to create a safe campus,guarantee the safety of students,promote students a comprehensive and healthy development.
