Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural School Safety Management

The safety of school and student,is the need of students'healthy growth,the need for millions of families' happiness,the need of national and social stability.School safety is the fundamental of education,is the eternal theme of school management.Education to achieve scientific development,it is necessary to have a strong and effective security.In recent years,the rural school safety incidents continue to occur,which led to public concern in rural school safety management issues.in the present stage,the number of rural students far more than the number of students in the city,but due to differences in urban and rural development,safety management level of rural schools are much lower than urban schools.Therefore,the safety management of rural schools should be the key point of our attention.This study focuses on the rural school safety management work,aims to the investigation on the present security situation of rural schools of F town,Yangxin county,to find out the security risks and problems which exists in Yangxin County rural schools,and then put forward practical policies and measures,to try to provide whatever reference to relevant decision-making and the higher education authority policymakers within my power.This paper is divided into five parts altogether,the first part is an introduction,mainly includes:problem presentation,the purpose of the study,significance of the research,literature review at home and abroad,related concepts(school management,School safety management),research methods;The second part is the present security situation of rural schools of the F town of Yangxin county,mainly includes:the present situation of safety education,the present situation of security rules and regulations,the present situation of diet and drinking water safety,the present situation of the perimeter security,safety management status,dormitory housing security situation,safety status of students' physical and mental health,the present situation of building and facilities.The third part is the school security problems,mainly include:safety education effect is not ideal,the lack of school safety facilities,ineffective enforcement of security system,the existence of school perimeter security risks,the lack of safety management and service personnel.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of school safety issues,the main reasons are:weak safety consciousness,Insufficient financial investment on the school safety work,lack of safety education and training,the relevant safety regulation and system is not perfect,lack of government department linkage on the perimeter security administration,unclear work division of responsibility.The fifth part is the countermeasures of strengthening the safety management in school,The main countermeasures are:focus on the prevention of safety accident,have a good preparation in security risk prevention work;Pay attention to safety management process,completes the safety emergency management plan;Attaches great importance to the implement of safety responsibility,strict responsibility shall be investigated for the accident.
