A Study On Campus Safety Management Of Rural Middle Schools From The Perspective Of Scientific Outlook On Development

Since the publication of Nursery School Safety Management Approach (2006), campus safety management has been significantly strengthened in China. However, frequent security issues on rural campuses have become the focus in recent years. The author has worked in rural schools for long and experienced the security management and found that rural school campus safety issue is very necessary and urgent.This study investigates rural schools of Minqing, Fuzhou by using comparative research methods, case analysis, interviews and so on. Based on concepts of campus safety and management analysis, the author puts forwards some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the management of rural schools. Firstly, it is necessary to implement scientific concept of development to improve campus safety management level. School heads are required to attach great importance to such an issue to strengthen campus safety, scientific guidance and enhance science and technology in campus safety management. Secondly, it is necessary to ensure campus safety funding to grow hardware construction. Investment is required to focus on security renovation of dilapidated buildings. Thirdly, it is necessary to develop the system to ensure effective operation of the campus security mechanisms. Fourthly, it is necessary to improve knowledge and skills to achieve intellectual integration of safety education. For example, teachers and students are aware of scientific safety materials and prevention skills; schools need establish psychological emergency prevention and intervention mechanism to keep campuses from danger.Rural school campus security management is a long-term systematic engineering. To do well such an issue can create rural students with a sound and stable campus environment. This is a must to implement scientific concept of development and build a harmonious society.
