Postgraduate education is the highest level of education,graduate education quality is an important factor of national rejuvenation through science and education and talent strategy,in recent years China college graduate enrollment in expanding enrollment has increased year by year,colleges and universities are facing enormous challenges in the aspects of graduate funding and training quality.Based on the management policy of "three assists and one subsidiary" issued by the Ministry of education,the "three aid and one assistant" management method formulated by universities is of great significance for improving the quality of postgraduate education.The process of Smith's policy execution model based on this research,the use of contingency theory,the theory of human resource management,synchronization incentive theory,mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,the master of Yunnan Normal University "three help auxiliary" work of a comprehensive understanding,on the basis of this,it is found that the main problems in the process.The implementation of the management of second,Yunnan Normal University graduate students three to help a secondary analysis,work reasons finally,try to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve the University Graduate "three help auxiliary" management work to provide the reference value,is of practical significance.The thesis is divided into the following seven parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly includes the reason of choosing the topic,the research meaning,the core concept definition,the researchsummary,the theoretical basis and the research design of the research.The second part is the analysis of the general situation of "three assists and one subsidiary".This part mainly introduces the main functions of "three assists and one subsidiary" and the general situation of Yunnan Normal University's Postgraduates' "three assists and one subsidiary".The third part is investigation and analysis.Through questionnaire survey and interview,we investigate and analyze the cognition and satisfaction degree of Yunnan Normal University's postgraduates on "three assists and one assistant" management.The fourth part is the analysis of achievement and main problems and reasons.Introduces the master of Yunnan Normal University "three help auxiliary" work has been achieved.The use of the Smith policy implementation process model,the economic support from the school,graduate,postgraduate,< served as a research assistant,assistant professor,assistant and student counselor work management approach(Trial)> four aspects specific analysis of the postgraduate of Yunnan Normal University "the implementation of the three main problems of a secondary work in the management and the reasons.The fifth part is the study of countermeasures.According to the analysis of these problems and causes,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,the research for the improvement of postgraduate of Yunnan Normal University "three help auxiliary"management work put forward to enhance the ability of self management of graduate students;improve the "management approach(Trial)> content;to broaden the funding sources,increase financial support and strengthen school management and some countermeasures.The seventh part is the conclusion.It summarizes the main conclusions,andpoints out the shortcomings of the research and the future direction.
