Research On The Interactive Exchange Of The Traditional Sports Of The Minorities In Western Yunnan Province Under The "one Belt And One Road" Initiative

Western Yunnan has unique advantages in geological environment and cultural resource and also is a cradle of special ethnic culture.Traditional sports of ethnic minorities are an important element constituting traditional culture of cross-border ethnic minorities in western Yunnan.Traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minorities adhere to the civilization and progress of western Yunnan.The “Belt and Road ” Initiative provides a platform of inheritance and innovation for traditional culture,and Yunnan ’ s role in the Initiative creates an opportunity for traditional culture of cross-border ethnic minorities in western Yunnan.To this end,traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minorities in this region,which are rich in cultural essence and an critical carrier of traditional ethnic minority culture in Yunnan Province,should grasp the historic opportunity and open the development door of nationalization,resolutely and powerfully.Taking the interactive exchange of traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minorities in western Yunnan as the research objective,this paper mainly embraces such research methods as literature review,field observation,interview,historical and case studies.It is aimed to resolve a range of problems under the background of the“Belt and Road” Initiative,including the way of interactive exchange of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in western Yunnan;specific contents of interactive exchange;the way of realizing “ multi-cooperation ”,“ integration of multiple mechanisms”,“interdependence and mutual promotion among multiple sports”;and theoretical reference of such realization for traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minorities.This paper not only provides a targeted sample for researching the interactive development of traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minorities,but also broadens the research perspective,enriches the strategic theory and methods for the interactive development of traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minorities,and helps enrich theoretical connotation and extension of traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minorities.Following conclusions are drawn from the research:1.The interactive exchange of traditional sports culture of cross-border ethnic minorities in Western Yunnan is conducive to carry forward national traditional sportsculture,and promote people-to-people,economic,and cultural exchanges among cross-border ethnic minorities.It indicates that the interactive exchange of traditional sports culture of cross-border ethnic minorities in Western Yunnan,under the “Belt and Road” Initiative,is a necessity.2.The prominent advantages of geographical relations,ethnic relations,and human relations are all in favor of the interactive exchange of traditional sports culture of cross-border ethnic minorities in Western Yunnan.3.Under the “Belt and Road” Initiative,the communication and exchanges of traditional sports,both contests and academic,as well as traditional sports performance of cross-border ethnic minorities in Western Yunnan constitute the main content of the interactive exchange of traditional sports culture of cross-border ethnic minorities in Western Yunnan.4.Under the “Belt and Road” Initiative,the transnational ethnic festivals and sports events,cross-border ethnic folk festivals,exchange activities between border villagers,and the exchange of traditional ethnic minority sports among schools are the main forms to the interactive exchange of traditional sports culture of cross-border ethnic minorities in Western Yunnan.5.Forming join forces of communication and promotion and the resources integration mechanism by establishing relevant departmental coordination mechanism,bilateral or multilateral high-level cooperation mechanism,and government-think-tank combining cooperation mechanism is the key mechanism to the interactive exchange of traditional sports culture of cross-border ethnic minorities in Western Yunnan under the “Belt and Road” Initiative.6.The interactive exchanges of traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minorities in western Yunnan have formed some influential activities in some regions.However,single forms,insufficient fusion degree and publicity restrict the development of the sports interaction.7.We shall enhance the dialogues,communications and cooperation between governments to provide targeted and effective policies.We shall also formulate detailed policies and regulations and provide a platform for cooperation and exchanges between the two sides.The government shall intensify the safeguardmeasures to create quality tourist and quality competitions of cross-border ethnic minorities.What ’ s more,we shall establish bilateral or multilateral cooperation mechanisms and enhance the key scientific researches.Those are the important ways to enhance the interactive exchanges of traditional sports of cross-border ethnic minority in western Yunnan under “the Belt and Road” initiative.
