Research On The Improvement Of Internationalization Quality Of College Students In The Context Of Belt And Road Initiative

Belt and road is a global initiative initiated by China,aiming at promoting cooperation and development among countries along the route,strengthening exchanges and mutual learning among different civilizations to achieve common development of all countries.Talent is the key of the construction of belt and road initiative,the implementation of belt and road is inseparable from talents with international quality,colleges and universities play an important role in internationalization quality cultivation.As a province along the southern route of belt and road initiative,Hainan must pay high attention to cultivation of the internationalization quality of college students,to provide talents for the implementation of belt and road initiative.This article was written in the context of belt and road,taking the current situation of internationalization quality cultivation of college students of five universities in Hainan Province as an example,studying the status of internationalization quality cultivation of college students in five universities in Hainan province through questionnaires,data collection and field surveys,finding out the general problem of the five universities in the field of internationalization quality cultivation of college students,to clarify the current dilemma of intermationalization quality cultivation of college students and propose the reasonable suggestion to serve the implementation of the belt and road initiative.The first part of this article makes a theoretical analysis of the subject from four aspects,including the background and significance of this study,related research,research methods and research ideas and innovative points,sulmarizing the previous research of the talent-cultivation models in the context of belt and road,clarifying the research significance,stating the significance of internationalization quality cultivation of college students.The second part of this article elaborate the connotation of quality and internationalization quality and summarizing the corresponding theoretical basis.The third part of this article puts forward the content structure of internationalization quality of college students through relevant theoretical basis,putting forward the belt and road initiative under the international quality requirements of college student.The fourth part introduces the basic information of questionnaire,including the sources of the sample,the content and conclusion of the questionnaire survey.In the fifth part,problems and causes of international quality of college students in Hainan province under the background of"One Belt And One Road,are summarized through questionnaire analysis and data collection.In the sixth part,according to the problems existing in the cultivation of international quality of Hainan university under the backgrouucl of "One Belt And One Road",the international quality required by the "One Belt And One Road" initiative is used as support to propose corresponding countermeasures.
