Research On Entrepreneurial Driving Factors Of College Students In Colleges And Universities In Yunnan Province

Starting a business is a contest between oneself and oneself.Choosing this path is to choose the hardships and setbacks,but also choose the scenery and life that no one has ever seen.Entrepreneurial practice is a targeted and planned activity,and entrepreneurial drive is one of the most important reference indicators to understand the whole practice process.Sports colleges students as the main force of new generation,to the community of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial characteristics,driving factors,cognitive structure,comprehensive ability,explore the law of development,help the university to the community for the feasible "double gen" education and guidance,improve the sports departments the success rate of the college students’ entrepreneurial activities can not only promote the college students improve personal comprehensive ability,also can effectively promote the development of social economy,the entrepreneurial spirit,and contribute to social stability and prosperity.In the category of social psychology argument driving the relationship between consciousness and behavior,the famous theory of planned behavior(TPB)theory as the theoretical model,the theory is that: the behavior driven consciousness can be direct effects on the behavior of the individual practice,and the behavior of the individual practice driven consciousness(behavioral attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control three dimensions).Combining with the theory,the study in the undergraduate college students in school of yunnan university sports departments as the research object,through the key colleges and universities in yunnan province sports present situation of college students’ entrepreneurship,driving factors,conducted on the relationship between the entrepreneurial drive and entrepreneurial practice hypothesis,introducing departments affected the entrepreneurial drive mechanism of dynamic analysis,and puts forward effective combined with investigation and study targeted departments promote the entrepreneurial drive of the implementation of the recommendations.The study on the theory of planned behavior(TPB)model,compiled the yunnan province university sports college students entrepreneurial drive factor research experts interview outline,the yunnan province university sports college students entrepreneurial drive factor questionnaire,the validity of the questionnaire form,combined with the method of documentation,expert interview method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics method,induction and other research methods,four universities in yunnan province,400 college students of sports colleges random questionnaire survey,the main results were as follows:1.It is up to the individual to analyze and identify the market and grasp the emotional subjective state of the demand.The factors that affect the entrepreneurial drive of college students in yunnan province include three aspects: entrepreneurial behavior attitude,subjective norm of entrepreneurship and control of entrepreneurial perception.2,entrepreneurial behavior attitude,the pioneering subjective norm,perceived behavioral control mutually distinguishes mutually related to three factors,the three inseparable,and under certain conditions can be mutual transformation,entrepreneurial perceived behavior control factor can be directly driven to entrepreneurship practice activities.The three factors jointly drive the entrepreneurial behavior of college students in sports department,and the entrepreneurial drive of college students in yunnan province is a dynamic system mechanism.3,entrepreneurial perceived behavior control is the core of the departments affected the entrepreneurial drive factors,but three big essential factor reasonable individual to be effective to the entrepreneurs,entrepreneurs to entrepreneurial success rate will be higher,there are three main factors on the one hand,entrepreneurs comparative lack,will reduce the subjective factor driving its business,is proportional to the relationship.4,university sports departments in yunnan province university students overallentrepreneurial drive will,operation and management,market,business opportunity recognition ability,atmosphere,raise funds and double gen education is relatively lacking.For yunnan province university sports departments of the actual situation of college students’ entrepreneurship respectively from entrepreneurial behavior attitude,subjective norms entrepreneurial perceived behavior control,entrepreneurial targeted three aspects put forward implementation suggestion,departments gradually improve the business conditions,comprehensive departments to improve the entrepreneurial capacity,various excitation and the drive sports departments of colleges and universities entrepreneurship of college students in yunnan province.
