The purpose of this study is to understand the cognition and difference of social entrepreneurship and the decision-making performance in simulated social entrepreneurship scenarios.In this study,the following three problems are studied by the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.Study one:Based on the literature analysis,understand the innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers on social entrepreneurship formation factors of induction;two:understanding on innovation and entrepreneurship education of teachers of social entrepreneurship development factors of each sort,and sort of differences in demographic variables under different level of high school teachers on the innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Development factors.Study three:Research University;entrepreneurship education teacher decision problems in the simulation of social entrepreneurship under the.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Innovative entrepreneurship education teachers in colleges and universities will be the formation of social entrepreneurship factors summed up in three factors:educational factors,social factors,policy factors.(2)The innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in colleges and universities that policy factors are the primary factors of social entrepreneurship development,social entrepreneurship is the most common development model of production-study-research model'.Teachers of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of different genders have significant differences in their understanding of the most common development model of social entrepreneurship,and women more agree with the' production-study-research model'.(3)In the situation of asset disposal,there are significant differences in the decision-making of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers with different asset disposal status.Teachers who play the role of the head of social entrepreneurship are more willing to return corporate profits to shareholders,while teachers who play the role of investors in social entrepreneurship are more willing to use corporate profits for additional investment in enterprises.(4)Whether there is actual investment experience has a significant impact on the decision-making of asset disposal.the extent of the additional investment of the teachers with venture capital experience is greater than that of the teachers without venture capital experience.(5)There are significant differences in the decision-making of university innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers who play the role of the head of social entrepreneurship in different decision-making scenarios.Teachers who play this role have significant differences in time allocation decision-making in family decision-making scenarios and profit allocation decision-making in asset disposal scenarios.(6)In the context of family decision-making,there is a significant difference in the time allocation decision-making of university innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in the context of family decision-making.Teachers with the experience of the head of the actual entrepreneurial enterprise in the family situation is significantly higher than the time allocated to work without the experience of the head of the actual entrepreneurial enterprise teachers...
