Continuous And Intermittent Running Effects On Aerobicmetabolism Of SD Rats

Purposes:more and more research in the field of sports science shows that appropriate exercise can promote the ability of glucose metabolism.In this study,we investigated the effects of 6 week aerobic treadmill training on glucose metabolism in SD rats,and explored whether continuous and intermittent exercise can improve glucose metabolism in rats.The mechanism may be achieved by changing the activity of LDH,MDH and SDH,and the expression of liver and muscle glycogen.Methods: 24 adult male adult SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n=8),continuous training group(n=8)and intermittent training group(n=8).1 weeks of adaptive treadmill training before the formal experiment.The treadmill training was formally implemented by incremental load.The initial speed was 22m/min,the slope was 0,increased by 1m/min every week for 6 weeks,the last week was 27m/min,the continuous group exercise 40 min,the intermittent group exercise 20 min every time,2times a day.After the 6 week of the experiment,the fasting and water prohibition was24 h,3.6% hydrated chloral aldehyde was injected into the abdominal cavity,the whole blood was collected,the gastrocnemius,the four muscles and the liver were removed.The activity of LDH,MDH activity and SDH activity in rat serum,gastrocnemius,femoris,four muscles and liver were detected by kits,and the glycogen of muscle and liver of gastrocnemius,femoral four muscles and liver were tested.Results:(1)continuous and intermittent activity of LDH group was lower than the control group,the control group of LDH group was higher than the intermittent activity,showed significant difference(P<0.05);while the control group had no significant difference between group and continuous;intermittent group LDH activity was lower than that of continuous group,but not between the two groups difference.Compared with the control group,continuous group and intermittent group MDH activity was higher,the intermittent MDH group was higher than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);and the last group and the control group had no difference between the MDH group;intermittent activity than continuous group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The intermittent group SDH has the highest activity,continuous group,control group was the lowest,which continued in SDH group was higher than the control group,there are differences(P<0.05);intermittent SDH group was higher than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.01);intermittent group SDH activity than continuous high significant the difference(P<0.05).(2)In rat gastrocnemius muscle metabolism results: control group,LDH group,continuous intermittent group activity gradually decreased in the control group,the activity of LDH was higher than the batch,there was intermittent(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in group and control group,intermittent group and continuous group.Compared with the control group,the activity of MDH in the exercise group was higher than that in the control group.The activity of MDH in the intermittent group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The MDH activity in the intermittent group was significantly higher than that in the continuous group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the continuous group and the control group.SDH activity in continuous group and intermittent group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),which was higher than that in control group 50% and 47%,SDH activity in intermittent group was higher than that in continuous group,but there was no difference between two groups.Compared with the control group,the content of muscle glycogen continuous group and intermittent group were higher,the intermittent muscle glycogen content is higher than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);intermittent muscle glycogen content than continuous group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);but the continuous group and control group there were no significant differences among.(3)Rat femoral head four inositol metabolism results: compared with control group,exercise group LDH activity was lower in control group,the activity of LDH was higher than the batch,with significant difference(P<0.05);but the continuous group and control group,control group and intermittent continuous groups no significant difference.The activity of MDH in the intermittent group was 75% higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The activity of MDH in the continuous group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the activity of MDH in the intermittent group was higher than that in the continuous group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,continuous group and intermittent SDH activity were higher than the control group,the intermittent group and control group had significant difference(P<0.01),persistent group and control group had significant difference(P<0.05);group SDH was higher than that of intermittent and continuous group,the two groups had significant difference ISO(P<0.05).The content of muscle glycogen in continuous group and intermittent group was higher than that in control group.The content of muscle glycogen in intermittent group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the content of muscle glycogen in intermittent group was higher than that in continuous group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Glucose metabolism ability of liver in rats: LDH activity in continuous group and intermittent group was lower than that in control group,but there was no significant difference between 22 groups.LDH activity in intermittent group was lower than that in continuous group,but there was no difference between two groups.The intermittent group MDH has the highest activity,continuous group,and lowest in the control group,sustained activity of MDH is higher than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.01);continuous MDH group was 56% higher than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);intermittent group MDH activity than continuous high,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The control group,SDH group,intermittent and continuous group activity gradually increased,the intermittent group SDH activity higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference of(P<0.05);intermittent group SDH activity than continuous group,have significant difference(P<0.05);and the last group and the control group no significant difference.Compared with the control group,continuous group and intermittent group hepatic glycogen content was higher,the intermittent group liver glycogen content was higher than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);intermittent group liver glycogen content was higher than the last,significant difference(P < 0.05);and the last group and control group no significant difference.Conclusion: six weeks aerobic exercise improves glucose metabolism in rats,increase rat serum,gastrocnemius,femoral head four muscle and liver MDH,SDH activity,LDH activity decreased,and the rat gastrocnemius,unit four biceps muscle,and liver glycogen content increased.The intermittent movement better than continuous exercise.
