In the context of Cultural diversity,China-Africa cooperation is becoming more and more frequent,and the globalization of sports has become an inevitable trend in the process of economic globalization.In this context,Madagascar,as developing country in Africa,its school sports,whether shows an international development trend,with international characteristics,and then this study uses the literature data,interview method,field investigation method,and logical analysis method,from six aspects,the physical education teaching,teachers' strength,extracurricular sports activities,school material conditions,health care and laws and regulations,to investigate the Madagascar overseas Chinese primary and secondary schools School sports development status,and then reveals the Madagascar school sports development status and characteristics.Research shows:the teaching of physical education,The Chinese HUAQIAO School of Tamatave,the ZHONGSHAN School of Fenerive,and the French schools of Tamatave have set up physical education,the rate of physical education lesson is 100%,the physical education with other disciplines are the same as compulsory courses;The course is based on Western sports,such as ball games,track and field projects,the lack of traditional sports of the nation;the teachers' strength,three schools of physical education teachers is reasonable,and meet the ratio of 1:300,that is the rate of teachers and students,week workload of about 3-4 classes,weekly hours of about 8-9 hours,the equivalent of domestic 12-14 hours;The age distribution of physical education teachers is basically reasonable,the teachers under the age of 45,is accounting for 78.9% and belonging to the backbone of education work,more than 46 years of physical education teachers accounted for 21.1%,there is no aging problem;the degree of Education and college is about26.3%,undergraduate education accounted for 47.4%,and the PE teachers have part-time job to poor conditions of the school and class;Extracurricular sports activities ensure that the basic exercise meets 1 hour a day,students based on personal interests,spontaneous organization of interest in sports activities;The school will organize a full-time event every semester.The school sports will be held once a year.,At least 80% of the students will participate,and ensure universal participation;the material conditions,Madagascar's overall economy is underdevelopment and the material conditions of the school are relatively weak.The French schools have their own independent sports equipment and venues.the ZHONGSHAN school and the Chinese HUAQIAO school use the facilities of the local sports center.During the teaching period,foreign personnel areprohibited entering the sports Venues,three schools have annual sports funding,about 300-800 yuan for the purchase and maintenance of sports equipment;The school's health care conditions are backward,meet to the actual economic situation of Madagascar;the state about the school sports laws and regulations are relatively few,the school on the sports regulations and regulations almost no,according to the Ministry of Education's physical education program,the schools arrange physical education and teaching content in an orderly manner.Through the study of the current situation school sports in Madagascar's overseas Chinese schools,it is found that its school sports also has its own characteristics,mainly in:the school sports mainly to Western sports,the lack of the traditional sports of the nation;the lack of systematic theoretical knowledge of school sports as a guide;the lack of physical material resources,but students actively participate in the high degree of physical activity,students will create a simple resource to ease the scarcity of sports resources;physical education teachers and parents between the frequent and effective communication,teaching results have been timely feedback;sports are included in the college entrance examination range.For the development of Madagascar school sports,put forward some suggestions for improvement: recommend the national sports project on campus,to make the traditional national sports culture be inherited;Strengthen the school sports theory construction and system construction,standardize the school sports system;Increase the investment of sports funds,improve the physical education environment.
